  2. New Who?

It's not my style, but hey - buy it for yourself and consider it an Xmas gift from me!
  3. New Who?

I was watching The Big Bang episode. There was a scene where River says "what is that on your head?" as she flings The Doctor's fez into the air and shoots it. The Doctor replies, "Oh well, I can always buy a fez." My first thought was KERBLAM!
  4. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

Ouch! That was such a bad episode.
  5. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

I don't believe yesterday existed. I believe the entire universe sprang into existence exactly 37 minutes ago. Prove me wrong!
  6. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

You mean Chocobo? I had one once. It could run over mountains and across oceans!
  7. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

Don't get me started on Australia. Everyone knows the Earth is flat and Australia is a hoax. I mean, how could it exist? Gravity would pull you into space! Come on! Do I look that stupid?
  8. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

We? I'm talking about telescopes. Frankly this conversation is stupid. Let's go back to something civil like Mo Pai.
  9. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

Russia? China? Cuba? North Korea? Iran? Do you think any of these countries wouldn't expose the US moon landing as a fraud if it had not actually happened? Hmm, if only we had a way of looking up towards the Moon and verifying if the astronauts actually landed...
  10. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

Assume the moon landing was faked. Every country in the entire world would be HIGHLY MOTIVATED to expose the lie. Yet not a single one has. Therefore the ENTIRE WORLD must be in on the lie. Yes, that must be it.
  11. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

I disagree. The mindset that says the Moon landing was faked is exactly the mindset that believes in a flat Earth. As regards the Moon landing, we're not talking about ancient history. There are literally hundreds of millions if not more than a billion people alive today who were alive when it happened. For it to have been faked without a single person confessing the charade is absurd.

  13. Did the U.S. really go to the moon in 1969?

Cost/Benefit Analysis... It's expensive to go to the moon. Where's the profit? A better question is why did we go there in the first place? Was is really just a USA-USSR dick-measuring contest?
  14. How Not To Be Negative

One could write a book on this one realization. Thank you.
  15. How Not To Be Negative

Is this the same as living in observation? Observation is not judgement, has no investment. It just is. I think the mind talks out of judgement. A mind without judgement is quiet.
  16. How to develop mindfulness awareness of energy body?

Get into the habit of paying attention. Listen to your body. Listen to your mind. Listen to the wind, and to the light, and to the cold. It's so easy to cruise through the day on autopilot. Remember to stop and return. Don't focus on your energetic body specifically. Instead, just pay attention.
  17. Let's Scry!

Correlation does not prove causation. As long as Gandalf doesn't get pissed at me I should be okay.
  18. Let's Scry!

I used to think that it was best to ignore such things, but I have changed my mind. When unconscious voices speak to you through whatever media are available (images, phobias, pains, sounds, etc) it is essential to hear them. You don't need to act upon them any more than you need to act upon the screaming of a child, but you would never ignore a child so why ignore your unconscious?
  19. Let's Scry!

Did you drop a truck on your foot? That must have been painful!
  20. Let's Scry!

I shall dip my big toe into the pool of insanity, having faith in my ability to withdraw it.
  21. Let's Scry!

Scrying life. It starts out with a ball, staring into the crystal hoping to see... something. But it doesn't end there. Scrying is everywhere. Behind every truth, under every event, beside every artifact there is something hidden, unseen but able to be seen. It's the split frame, spliced between the regular frames. Easy to miss, but once seen it cannot be unseen. Something is indeed changing.
  22. How Not To Be Negative

Thank you. I've had a pain in my neck and shoulder for the last few days and it really colors my mood. It's easy to last out at others when you feel pain. I remind myself to be light, to be soft, and to let my negative feelings go. That is easier said than done. Ultimately we're all the same. We all feel the same pain. We all lash out at others when we suffer or when we think we might suffer. Om mane padme hum... That's a good place to start.
  23. 19 year old interested in improving vitality and brain health.

@rideforever gives good advice. I would add the following: Write stuff down. Write down what you want to achieve in the next year, two years, five years. Built a list of milestones (steps) that you need to achieve in order to do these things. Periodically evaluate your list to see where you are, how far you have gone, how far you have yet to go, and adjust as needed. Few people have true genius but everyone can do what I describe.
  24. What is wrong about being judgemental?

Is there a case where one person can judge another person without bringing themselves into the equation...?
  25. What is wrong about being judgemental?

Does judgement necessarily involve comparisons to oneself? I can judge a car as good or bad with not relation to me. Are we implying that one cannot judge a person as good or bad without bringing oneself into the mix?
