  1. Continuation

This led to Mighty Mouse being banned in the 80s. In context, he found something while looking for someone, and he had no idea about this flower he crushed into dust, decided to try it, and it made him crazy. hmmmmm
  2. Nice. I find embracing for an hour is adequate for releasing most tension. That’s the main one I advocate for release of tension.
  3. Which Zhan Zhuang postures are you doing and for how long as you’re relieving tension? I do all eight of the Yi Quan ones for an hour, a half hour each side for Trinity, and occasionally 5-10 minutes when I do Big Basin.
  4. An end to the intellect?

How is it my disagreement about your dubious arguments lead you to conclude that you think I believe I’m a god of knowledge? Or enlightened? Ha! A person disagreeing with you means they are know-it-alls! Or enlightened gods of knowledge! That’s new! I disagree with you because you sound silly, not because I think I am great! And I disagree with you even more because nothing you’re saying sounds like anything I’ve actually said this whole time, but I don’t think you’re a know-it-all enlightened god of knowledge...I don’t even think about you except when you get defensive on this thread or post nonsense elsewhere! Oh my goodness, I am really chuckling aloud now as I type this.
  5. An end to the intellect?

So let’s get this straight: OP not only fails to comprehend Crowley, but also whatever Nungali is saying. Nungali is just being the usual trickster teacher and now OP has a fanboy guardian angel, accusing Nungali and I of bullying the OP, while simultaneously demonstrating that he has less ability to not only comprehend the occult material referenced here, but fails to comprehend anything Nungali or I are saying, yet projects that he understands better. Hmmm. OP Mskied and guardian angel Integrated both lack comprehension skills (in addition to actual knowledge) while being so certain of themselves. I think with those two, we have a match made in heaven.
  6. An end to the intellect?

Nice of you to show everyone what you look like.
  7. An end to the intellect?

Who said I’m pissed off? LOL I am amused, but hardly emotionally invested in this topic. Perhaps you’re much younger if that’s what you’ve comprehended in all this. Or perhaps you’re not as sharp as you think you are. Doesn’t matter because I am comfortable with what I have learned, experienced, seen, and said, but don’t care much for what you think you see. A guy once tried to warn people in this forum about me because he said I was demonic. A demon in bed and horny little devil at least, but nothing like what he was describing. Don’t worry, guy, you’ll find your place in the sun one day, even if you are too caught up playing white knight. Work on your skill and getting some life experiences and then maybe I’ll take you seriously one day, but until then, you’re just trying WAY TOO HARD to sound relevant.
  8. An end to the intellect?

Strawman tactics are often employed by people trying to create an argument they can win when they are unable to comprehend the actual discussion happening. Nothing at all like what you’re describing here is accurate nor is how you are projecting all the pieces of your own precious little self onto me, lad. Oh, and if you’re suddenly self-appointed sheriff in this little hamlet, perhaps you should pay closer attention to what’s going on, because it appears you aren’t very attentive to what’s actually going on, so there is nothing for me to reply to from what you’ve said in your message. My advice to you instead is to actually work on your own cultivation and studies because you sound like a kid who discovered his first book on philosophy at the library and has the mentality “I can’t have disagreements with others because we all need to be agreeable and get along.”
  9. An end to the intellect?

Moral superiority arguments are diversionary tactics employed by sanctimonious turds. Good is not nice. True words are not beautiful and beautiful words aren’t true. So get off your high horse; you’re no white knight here. As for striking discord, you haven’t seen what else he’s posted in other threads basically sucking the life out of them, including a thread for humor to get away from occasional disagreements on this forum that he just had to say that nothing is funny and he doesn’t think anything is funny blah blah. Of course, context is queen, and it’s a royal pain for those who ignore her, like you.
  10. You think? It is very dangerous. PM me and I will connect you with either of them. DVDs available here at www.taichimania.com and thread on this forum here at
  11. Continuation

It's still there, probably not displaying if you are reading on your mobile or tablet. For your reference, it's here, but you won't see anything different from the usual non-answers over the years. http://mopaifaq.forumotion.com/t1-mo-pai-faq
  12. An end to the intellect?

Or perhaps the OP here has become rather annoying not just in this thread but in other unrelated threads as well by regurgitating a lot of conjecture and false conclusions based on completely misunderstanding the sources he cites (in this case Crowley) and missing their points, not to mention ignoring the points that Nungali made. Nungali, who actually studied with them formally...probably has more qualifications to comment on it. So apparently, I'm your sidekick now, Nungali. Wasn't it not that long ago you were telling me to remember my sinister duck nature?
  13. Continuation

I found a picture of mild mouse.
  14. Continuation

It’s been on already.... Since the original thread derailment that led to the creation of this thread and prevalent in page one already. Perhaps more like the victimhood dial has gone to levels over nine thousand rather than off to on. I am sick of his shit.
  15. Continuation

    A terrible liar, too.
  16. Please submit your questions for the Mo Pai FAQ

All easily visible in the first three pages.
  17. Please submit your questions for the Mo Pai FAQ

Shall I remind you that you ignored most questions I asked, continued to turn the conversation to Mo Pai, could have made it a PM when you initially labeled the thread “For Earl Grey” and completely ignored my offer to take it to my own PPJ when you said you didn’t have a PPJ? You just wanted a public spectacle. And I still have no issue with your group, by the way, but rather your dishonesty, disrespect, and dismissiveness. So don’t play the victim game and put words in my mouth by saying “the only solution you would accept is silence” because anyone with any sense knows that that’s bullshit.
  18. Please submit your questions for the Mo Pai FAQ

Which is all the more amusing considering that you started that thread as a derailment, a minor kind of trolling, then hoped Mo Pai, a topic you wished would not be brought up in this forum, was brought up and forced on us by you. Kettle, meet teapot.
  19. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

Currently he hasn’t made them available digitally since the last time it was asked, but they are available as DVDs.
  20. Dear all, I have put together a basic program for fitness using bodyweight exercises and am calling for volunteers. The reason I have made this program (which will go towards my book to be published in the future) is because I noticed when focusing purely on internal arts, your fitness can vary based on what you train in. For example, if I did the Bagua exercises, Baduanjin, circle walking, and Zhan Zhuang, plus forms like Liuhebafa and Yang, I was healthy, but not fit. Even if I could stand for 2-3 hours a day in Zhan Zhuang, I was still not satisfied with my overall health even if I do not get sick (aside from food poisoning). Whenever I went back to my old time strongman training and combined it with my internal training, I started to not only look like a fighter, but it made my power and strength increase dramatically. So I divided my foundational program into stretching, calisthenics, isometrics, muscle contraction and muscle control (seems like two things but it's actually one), and muscle compression (derived from Zhan Zhuang). I am now looking for volunteers who are any of the following criteria: - complete beginners with no internal background - internal practitioners dissatisfied with either or both their current health and fitness - people who do not like the gym, do not have access to the gym, and want to rely solely on their own body and the world around them - practitioners who already are comfortable with their internal style (even adept or advanced already) but would like to have fitness The key here is to not necessarily look buff, but to feel strong and powerful. I am already a junior instructor for 3/4 of my martial lineages, but as estimated by my teacher, by 2020/2021 I will be certified to teach Xin Yi Liuhebafa and Yi Quan from my lineage at the very least. Thus, this fitness regiment is what I am creating as a way to test how I will offer this to my Xin Yi students in the future, and is also something I informally taught people before back in university before my internal training. The program is an amalgamation of the teachings of Charles Atlas, Charles Bronson, Harry Wong, Maxick, and Alexander Zass. Write here for discussion and PM me if you are interested, as I will take a small number of volunteers and have some online video conference sessions to people interested in doing this seriously. People with body type confidence issues are of particular interest as I am hoping that they are able to benefit from this. It will require some back and forth to see if our personalities match because while I am not charging for this, I am also not going to be a subordinate when offering myself completely.

  22. Dear friends, the majority of the exercises have been drafted and posted in the program I have posted. To follow will be routines and challenges for people to follow and begin their physical transformation to prepare them for future training should they wish to pursue Xin Yi or to amplify their existing internal practice.
  23. Responding specifically to the article (and enjoying the rest of the discussion with popcorn, seriously--white cheddar and sour cream and onion powders and some Extra Virgin Olive Oil), I believe that the shaman successfully performed his ritual even if he didn't make it inside the Kremlin. Alea Iacta Est.
  24. Continuation

I actually volunteered to help author an FAQ with ilovecoffee before when we talked offsite. My proposal was that I would interview them and edit and revise as necessary so that their answers are both respectful and satisfactory to them. I would also throw in a side commentary as an internal student who is familiar with martial culture to explain in a manner that I hope is satisfactory to the rest of the audience here in the forum. I prefer to work with ilovecoffee as we have more of a personal understanding and respect between one another, but as for MildMouse23, until I see an apology for the bait and switch that turned a conversation addressing me specifically in the original thread title about video learning to one about Mo Pai despite my insistence that I did not want to talk about Mo Pai or even allude to it, I have very little interest in engaging with him at this point. Contrary to what he may think, I have no problems with his cabal or the indigenous group in Indonesia that birthed his practice. My issue is his conduct and interaction with me on this thread, in spite of earlier interactions on the forum and even attempting to build bridges as a middleman for him and the forum here. Sadly, he chose to be dismissive and associate me with the individuals who have historically developed animosity out of irritation towards him and his cadres. Also, ilovecoffee didn't agree with an FAQ being a good idea, so I dropped the subject.
  25. Flying Phoenix Chi Kung

This is a question from a new member for Sifu Terry to answer too. I have informed him and he will respond at his next convenient time. I will also later edit my own response into this post later while awaiting his reply. 1) Do ANY meditation you like in ANY order you desire for as long as you like so long as you do the static meditations for a minimum of five minutes (all stated on the DVD already). 2) He is demonstrating the meditations and how to do the movement or the form first. When he begins the breathing meditation, it is assumed that now that you know the form, you can formally begin the meditation with the breath control sequence, as intended. To clarify, yes, breath control sequence always happens before the meditations for any Flying Phoenix meditation. 3) As above, he demonstrates how to do the movements in different sections because it is long. You must memorize how to do the movements, and when you learn how to do them properly, then you can do the meditation as intended by doing the breath sequence, then the meditation. To illustrate it, for example, if I show you how to do Wind Above the Clouds, I don't show you the breath control sequence yet, I show you how to do the form. If your form is wrong, you correct your form until you do it properly. Then I show you the breath control sequence, tell you now you can do the breath control sequence and the proper form with your eyes closed. I hope this is clear, @imanamvet66
