  1. What is Dao?

Knowledge Rambling in the...: Dong-guo Zi asked Zhuangzi, saying, 'Where is what you call the Dao to be found?' Zhuangzi replied, 'Everywhere.' The other said, 'Specify an instance of it. That will be more satisfactory.' ' It is here in this ant.' 'Give a lower instance.' 'It is in this panic grass.' 'Give me a still lower instance.' 'It is in this earthenware tile.' (shrug) these people are ignorant.

Not really, most words correspond to tangible things. Again not quite. Some of us do have it, while the rest of us are considered deluded, mentally ill, or having a mystical experience. There is a 3 point check list to see if we see and/or understand something for real. 1. can it be defined in words? 2. is it tangible? 3. is it usable? This 'same word is not the same word' thing could be a problem when trying to create a reasonable worldview.

  4. Qi breathing will not slow the aging process

Well it is because you made up something that you call by a Chinese name to validate your made up concept. If you see it everywhere then it is not the Chinese dao which Lao-zi could not see anywhere. 14. Look for it, it cannot be seen... 視之不見、名日夷。聽之不間、名日希。 Look for it, it cannot be seen. It is called the distant. Listen for it, it cannot be heard. It is called the rare.

  10. Qi breathing will not slow the aging process

Good question, bad answers. Indeed The Dao is nothing but The Way, it is not a thing. But we are. Once we accept this, the rest is technical.
  11. Gravity Waves

there is a theory that the new observations were fabricated to accommodate a new self-serving theory. At the interstice of the centuries there were new non-falsified theories of and on everything sprouting from the same source. Coincidence? I dont think so.

Anytime It depends on the amount you plan to take. If its a couple of pills per day - the distillation does not matter; if more - the distilled being more potent can cause side effects. However the issue is the mechanism of sap's action on the body. Unfortunately it only works when all other food intake is stopped.

  21. Neidan on the rise in the west?

i promise;) Narrater Long ago, there was a dealer who was in hurry going up to Kinokuni-hill in Akasaka Tokyo. Dealer "This is not cool. I'll be late. But if I'm late this time, I'll get fired !" "Oh" Narrater As you see, there is a person crying alone at the end of the hill. It seems to be a lady. Lady "Boo-hoo..." Dealer "Why are you crying that much ? What's wrong with you ? Come on, please stop crying and tell me what's wrong. I can help you" Lady "Boo-hoo..." Dealer "Please, lady. Please listen to me." The lady turns around and shows her face Dealer "Aaaaaah!!" The dealer runs off and into the audience. The lady exits the stage. Narrater The dealer ran through the hill, frantically. He kept running. After a while he found a light on the other side of hill. It was a noodle-stall, in which he found the light. Dealer "Aaahh...Aaahh...Aaahh.." Noodle vendor "Look here(?). What's wrong with you ?" Customer "Have you been attacked by a robber or something ?" Dealer "I..I saw...a lady..on the other side of here.... It was night. She was crying ....I spoke to her, being worried about her. Then....she showed her..." Noodle vendor "...Okay ?...So she showed her...what ?" Dealer "Yeah...you asked what she showed ? I can't say !" Noodle vendor "Well.....is the thing she showed was...." Noodle vendor and customer "...something like this ?" Dealer "Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh" Narrater Also, as for you ladies and gentlemen, please be careful when going up a hill. Otherwise... We'll show ourselves in front of you.
