  1. Do you need to learn Chinese

not necessary. except ppl do not know how to think critically in any language. which in turn results in words losing their meaning. ppl lost the ability to ask themselves 'what does this mean in real world'? instead they read not what the classic says in black and white, but their own opinions . to wit. Ppl repeat that without thinking how the hell would that be possible in real world back then?

can't tell you concretely because it is a technical secret but basically it means to join with the dao. in the process the yin is not shed, on the contrary it is gained. as usual the outsiders get the idea totally opposite to the real thing.

a broken clock is right twice a day. yes there is such a phrase. of course those who parrot it have no clue what it means
  4. Siddhi - The mundane is the same as the mystical

anyone eh? so which siddhi did you personally observe?
  5. deleted

no there is not. you see people think that wu-wei is some kind of happy-go-lucky pink unicorn idyll. but in the real world wu-wei is based on very tight restrictions. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Way_of_the_Five_Pecks_of_Rice#Organization
  6. Siddhi - The mundane is the same as the mystical

yes 神通 shéntōng is the standart translation of siddhi in neidan and general medieval daoism. It literally means spiritual 神 achievement, therefore siddhis are not physical and are not provable objectively. Which is a good thing because if spiritual phenomena were physical there would be no spiritual world where we could save ourselves from the physical decay. no i dont claim enlightenment. i was talking about intellectual understanding of these issues. i heard that nothing happens without power no rest for the wicked
  7. Siddhi - The mundane is the same as the mystical

i know. like i just said, that is what the western amateurs keep claiming, angrily. that will require a long thoughtful discussion. i am not sure you need that. so instead i will refer you to the highest authority: Apech told it best: enlightenment is the aim AND it is a siddhi. But ppl do not put 2 and 2 together: that those smaller siddhis are just the facets and the stepping stones of the great one. Of course it is unprovable, only realized on one's own like i did, so thats that;) bossy and angry;). both liver issues caused by wrong neigong.

无为而成 without any effort, it accomplishes its ends.无为而物成,是天道也 making (all) things complete without doing anything - that is the way of Heaven.
  9. Siddhi - The mundane is the same as the mystical

literally every one. in each and everyone one of siddhi are not a by-product "not to be dwelt on much" lol. they are the ultimate goal. Hindu and Jain https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siddha buddhism https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abhijñā conf https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eastern_esotericism#Confucianism taoism https://www.jstor.org/stable/10.13173/zeitdeutmorggese.160.1.0121 you guys are killing me. softly heh.;)
  10. Siddhi - The mundane is the same as the mystical

my special interest is to see how every concept in a traditional eastern teaching gets flipped on its head in the west, so it becomes a 180 degree opposite of itself in the original teaching the siddhis are an all important end in themselves. in the western imitation they are pooh-poohed. this flip is mildly fascinating to observe.
  11. Rudi Authentic Neigong

by now i am quite sure you do not know what proof is if you intend to continue with pointless questions please be attentive. i never wrote neigong which is a modern marketing invention. i wrote neidan meaning a real thing. I will not answer in this thread. Either PM or start a separate thread. above i said that neigong is harmful. this is the proof: it results in anger and coprolalia . you guys use forceful impure intent which hurts the liver causing fire-anger. in turn the anger uplifts the qi from the excretory organs into the head causing coprolalia. I dont mind you insulting me but if i were you i would stop harming your liver

i keep replying to you because you make me laugh: i do not believe in things. either i know or i dont. i know i can, i know i did, i know there is no other way, i know nobody else did, particularly with a teacher. gosh after all these years whenever somebody touts a teacher it still cracks me up. thanks for the chuckle amigo. because it is harmful. same as any other commercial "neigong" out there. you keep asking these absurd questions: why dont i try this or that seminar-peddler. to make your questions less absurd you should lead with: "i know from my own personal experience such and such system will do this exact good. " otherwise you might be pushing innocent folk into scams and thats not good for your karma.

this is one of those metaphors which i thought do not happen literally https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/dick-measuring_contest apparently the logic here is: a human body can do a totally unrelated trick ERGO it can shoot healing electricity.
  14. Rudi Authentic Neigong

i studied from books. may i ask again what is the purpose of your continuous inquiry?;)
  15. Rudi Authentic Neigong

oh so you dont know yourself . you just repeat whatever they say to sell seminars. good for you. "neidan"
  16. Rudi Authentic Neigong

how do you know that he can?
  17. Rudi Authentic Neigong

this is a strange recommendation on so many levels sigh... amigo, i am a teacher. yes i do. why do you ask?

When I was in acupuncture school it was basically like the Dao bums in real life, .... several of them "demonstrated" their siddhis. It was always quite underwhelming exactly. most of us go to a professional school to learn a trade so we can pay for groceries. but the lucky few of adults go to a school because they are children at heart. they crave to be encouraged, to be reprimanded, to be guided by teachers, and of course - to learn magic. Prof schools being too boring, they enroll in make-believe magic schools. Who has the heart to tell them that childhood is over? not me. not before Christmas. if you do meditation on agna chakra within 7 to 10 years you will develop clairvoyance. i was always wondering where this strange amount of years in make-believe schools comes from. it is always between 7 and 10. why not say 6 or 15? Today it dawned on me whoa dude! Thats the number of grades in the real grade schools! https://fictionhorizon.com/how-many-years-are-there-at-hogwarts/ Not going to directly reply to this guy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Press_F_to_pay_respects

siddhis are not a byproduct . they are the goal. siddhis do not exist in the physical external world. they are internal subjective phenomena in and of the practitioner's consciousness. whoever believes in external siddhis is naive. whoever claims to sell external siddhis is selling a bill of goods.

it is the same guy who denies you your opinion. interesting thing is that there are many vocal people who worship the digital dead AND deny you your opinion. thats a whole new level of crazy. Also, you know who was denied an opinion? Slaves were. No opinion for them slaves. Slaves to who? Why, to the digital dead of course. Thats why these are the end times. Thanks for the antidote btw @wandelaar lol.
  21. Siddhi - The mundane is the same as the mystical

    Yes, Virginia
  22. 品德. [pǐndé]. 名. moral character

strangely enough it did not start in the period of the rise of Confucianism. probably they needed 1200 years to figure out the connection
  23. Siddhi - The mundane is the same as the mystical

depends on how old is whom you ask. same as "Is There a Santa Claus?"
