  1. I practice KunLun

Neither do I, my friend, and I'm not very worried about it either. Interesting, I guess this yang communication media brings that tone out in me, cuz I'm pretty easy going offline. That's another reason I don't belong online. Ah yes, target practice. That's ancient history, in the beginning, after first reading his website I figured he was just a flake to make fun of. After that it just got worse, in steps, and the motivation became completely different. Anyway, I had left most of this behind already but that post from Winpro got to me, particularly since I hadn't even been reading this thread. I think the peace thing is coming along nicely, and thanks for the apology, I can't recall needing one from you =) but I probably owe you one too. Anyway, yeah, big waste of energy.
  2. I practice KunLun

HA! I felt when he felt this, and due to that I've been preparing an answer even before I saw this post. Until then, tell him this. I was teasing Winpro and showing him the face he asked for with his post, I was being malicious because Winpro trolled it out of me, I got suckered into it so tell Max not to take it too literally. I guess I'll need to explain it all then, so he can read it or you can tell him. Anyway, I don't want to meet him and have a magic contest like you mentioned. I'm sure he's plenty more magic than I am, and for him to suggest such a thing speaks poorly of him in my mind, but is so typical of his style, isn't it. with his crowd thrillers, as you called them. If what I've been told is correct then I don't want to be near his energy, and if they are wrong then I'm too embarrassed to meet him. So, either way, no meeting. I'll explain everything in a post here someday and then you can tell us or me what his answer is. It's funny, I didn't revisit this thread for a couple of days and I see now there's more about me and wonder if this has happened before. In Talkinghead's seminar thread someone said I had been mucking up every kunlun thread on this forum but that is simply not true, I have basically ignored all the threads on kunlun on this forum for nine months, hardly reading any posts in them and not writing anything. I only addressed my issues in the Starman Returns thread earlier and then commented in this thread: My impression of the Kunlun Seminar tonight by talkinhead to warn him to be careful in case he signed back on that evening.
  3. I practice KunLun

Whoa, good think I'm so psychic I decided to check this thread just now and find interesting things being said about me. I wasn't planning on getting back into this and haven't read anything except for this last post I'm sorry for those who have had their practice upset but all I've done is out of trying to be helpful and warn people. I'm not trying to gather any energy from anyone by doing this. It's simply my nature to raise a red flag of alarm when I see danger, that is all. It was never done with malice. I think what you have written there, Win, if you see malice, is a reflection of you and your own level of attainment with kunlun, and guess what, your ego. Also, keep this in mind, even demons do good things for people some of the time in order to further their own cause, when people are looking. Win is just trolling for me, because he stands on such shaky ground that his faith in his own practice is so easily shaken when his subconcious sees the truth and he wants to lash out against the bearer of the news. That is all. So Winpro, you write me some nice friendly PMs, all buddy buddy like, and then this? Looks two faced to me. I don't care about you, I was trying to warn that person who went to the intro and saw all the bullshit. He said he wasn't going to go but was seriously considering it. I just can't understand how people can see all the BS and then think about going anyway. If you feel queasy, numb, upset, or angry it's because of 'the worm' trying to separate you from reality. ROFL, are you serious I seen the truth man, get over it, if you can.
  4. Amazing Chinese Master

It cracks me up almost every time I see it, it's the place to go for a good time. (thumbs up emoticon goes here) EEEiwwww, at least he has the robes part down, but where's the silly hat? That's why it doesn't work is because he forgot the hat. He wants you to aim your palms at the screen, but if I did that my hands would start glowing and I wouldn't be able to receive. In that video I felt the first movement on my forehead but the rest of the stuff was kind of dismal. I only watched for a few seconds.
  5. What is the best martial arts?

Congratulations Stig. It's pretty mind blowing stuff, isn't it? ... and fun to! Here's some more Systema videos, for those of you who want to see what the best looks like. Yueng Chuan is basically the same. Both very internal and both came from the Tien Shan mountains. One went west and became Russian, via the Cossacks and the other went East and ended up in Seattle via my teacher, who was also Bruce Lee's main teacher, but Bruce didn't learn the these internal things because they don't look good in the movies. There are a few times when Systema uses blocks, which are a hard style, and Yueng Chuan doesn't have these because a hard block gives you 'away'. Systema: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCRGK1NJfl4 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-2...stema&hl=en Not at all, I'm an amateur at this stuff and can only report what I've seen and had done to me. I know you have much more experience than I do. We also do some close in stuff, tai chi is good training for close in work, and multiple high speed strikes are also dealt with. In fact if you notice in the videos, a lot of the techniques end up being done in a very close in manner, and so if the attacker is already close it just saves time, I think Normally the technique which deals with the first strike will throw the second strike off and/or set up for it. A lot of times the technique which deals with the first strike is used as a decoy to trick the second strike into a predetermined path, which is already prepared for. Also, keep in mind that these arts are really for the battlefields and back alleys, not for the ring. The ring always has rules to keep the killing arts away. BTW: the Tien Shan kung fu system from Taiwan has not connection to or similarity to these arts or to my chi kung, all of which originated in the Tien Shan mountains. More =) Ape, concerning your comments about multiple high speed strikes, all I can say is that experts in these methods have gone against my teacher and the results were the ass handing 6000 ways thing. They can do a one/two, but the one/two punch is all they get to try.
  6. What is the best martial arts?

Secret Service and Seals came to Dave's seminars, which were held for them, closed doors. I don't know if they came on their own time or were payed to come. Another master I know, a Shaolin grandmaster, teaches CIA the killing arts and some very spooky psychic abilities. He doesn't go to them, they come here.
  7. What is the best martial arts?

Referring to Yueng Chuan: There's never any sparring and never any gloves. The puncher gets ONE chance to punch, ONE only, and they NEVER connect, then they go DOWN. If they never connect then there is no need for gloves. In fact the puncher is usually already going down at about the time their punch is suppsed to land. Please refer back to the videos to look for this aspect. Systema is the same way, the puncher never connects, ideally, of course. I suspect you've seen enough of the real internal arts to have seen this 'never connect' stuff, it's how real tai chi is supposed to work too. I've seen some of the fastest punchers in the West try to hit Dave, he just stands there calmly with his hands in front of his belly, and the results are the puncher gets his ass handed to him 6000 different ways! In our opinion sparring is like learning to do it wrong so there is never sparring. However, if by sparring you mean the high speed methods, all I can say is that the faster the puncher punches, the better it works. I think the only way you will see high speed stuff that is similar might be by looking at Russian Systema. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bJ1_0EIDpk http://www.wuji.com/Harris%20Sensei/tribute.htm Anyway, seriously here, there is no best art. It depends on the artist, BUT some arts can take the best artists a lot farthur than others. Yueng Chuan and Systema are two of the best, as far as depth goes, and that's because the use the same rules as the other taoist internal arts, Tai Chi, Pa Kua, and Shing Yi. That is all.
  8. meditation help

Or maybe I could answer it , or maybe I already did and you didn't see it ... but since you asked you go first, what does it feel like to you?
  9. Last time you were sick?

I forgot, it's been many years.
  10. Immortality

    LOL, I know the feeling
  11. Immortality

Who wants to be an immortal if you can't have sex? Sheesh. No, you don't need to be celibate unless you are over 200. Or at least you should be mostly celibate by 200, no absolutes.
  12. What is the best martial arts?

Yours could be second best =) I'm not prejudiced either. The most awesome videos are of my teacher, Dave, training with and demonstrating to special forces and Navy Seals, but those videos will probably never be public. I'll find some videos that show the flavor of Yueng Chuna though, and also some systema videos that have a similar flavor: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6bJ1_0EIDpk The following web page has three videos at the top plus it shows Mr. Yueng with Dave in the picture at the top: http://www.wuji.com/Harris%20Sensei/tribute.htm That should get you started
  13. What is the best martial arts?

Yueng Chuan is the best, it's got the best of the secret opera internal style of Wing Chun, along with the best internal elements of Bagua, Tai Chi, Monkey, Mantis and about 150 other internal martial arts along with some of the power techniques of Tien Shan chi kung, which give it it's super speed and flowing softness. Starjumper, Body like a whip Yueng Chuan is similar to Russian Systema, which came from the same part of the world as Tien Shan kung fu, which has been lost to the world, but it inspired Yueng Chuan. Anyone here ever seen Systema in action?
  14. Samples of FU

Is this one good for anything? I just thought it was interesting is all.
  15. Long Distance KUNDALINI KAP Training through Skype

Sorry again for the thread drift, I'll leave after this I just got back from a long drive out into the woods. I went to an indian reservation where I met a shaman in his medicine house. He is the most amazing delightful person I have seen in a long time, and made me think of my chi kung teacher. I think I should get those two together, they should hit it off really well even though they would barely be able to communicate with each other. ... anyway ... back to the original post. In the cultural gathering with the demos in Vancouver there was one old master who made a big impression on me. There was just something about his age, posture, and aura that seemed magnificent. He probably isn't around any more.
  16. My impression of the Kunlun Seminar tonight

I think I'm advanced in some ways energetically but definitely not advanced in other ways, I know nothing about exorcism, have never been trained in it.
  17. Long Distance KUNDALINI KAP Training through Skype

Good that you have a practice buddy. I don't know of any in Vancouver but I know of a Tai Chi master i Victoria. I used to go up to Vancouver regularly to study with Tchoung Ta Tchen, a grandmaster of Tai Chi and we would usually go out to a Chinese restaurant afterwards. For his 88th birthday there was a big cultural gathering and demos of all kinds of different masters. Got to go...
  18. My impression of the Kunlun Seminar tonight

OK then, so there's a different kind of burning palm. I know of eagle Claw as a martial art method but I'msure I don't know about it in the manner you are refering to, nor of Scorpion palm, nor do I want to know about the other crowd favorites either.
  19. meditation help

    You're right again, I couldn't answer it
  20. My impression of the Kunlun Seminar tonight

The point is that his claim to doing it is a lie because he doesn't know how to do it because he doesn't have the ability to do it. He can't do it but he puts on demos - outrageous, huh?. Smile demonstrated it in a video here, he did it with a light tap. Max slaps the shit out of someone to make their skin turn red. When Hundun, who knows what it is supposed to be like, saw that he left the seminar in disgust. However people who don't know how it is supposed to work eat it up. That's just ONE example.
  21. My impression of the Kunlun Seminar tonight

Not quite right, I'm married, had never met my "girlfriend", and you're wrong about all the rest of it too. Satori, you are so emotional these days, are you OK? Those who can see clearly know what Max is doing, try rereading the first post again, Bozo. Smile showed what burning palm was really like in a video he posted here at Tao Bums, showing Max to be the liar, and Max's website is full of lies which are so easy to see. Lin was describing Max in the thread I linked to near the top of this thread, try reading that.
  22. Long Distance KUNDALINI KAP Training through Skype

Pardon me for breaking in here and changing the subject, but I just started looking through this thread. Could you tell me the name of the master you refer to please, and if there is a link then that too. I live near Vancouver BC and am interested in getting to know local masters. Thanks
