Ryan T. Posted December 26, 2008 I resolve to: Â 1. Be more conscientious in my words and actions. Â 2. Strive to let my T'ai-chi practice be a part of my daily life. Â 3. Read more and compute less. Â 4. Focus more on what I need and less on what I want. Â 5. Listen more and talk less.
wudangquan Posted December 27, 2008 I'll break my food addiction (over eating and mis-eating I mean). Â I'll diligently try to overcome lust. Â I'll try to take some private teaching classes so that I'm not always out of money. Â I'll do my best to go back to America for the first time in almost 10 years and see my family, especially my sisters children and try to be a positive influence on all of them, and learn as many valuable things from them as possible. Â I'll do better about getting angry with Chinese people here in China.
Lozen Posted December 31, 2008 I'll get a new used car and stop driving my '84 Honda that barely passed emissions. Â I'll get a job that I love and that makes my heart sing (or at least is a better fit for me). Â I'll keep my house clean, my papers filed, my garden tended, my compost going, my budget balanced. Â I'll finally fix my posture. Â I'll sleep more, eat better, decrease stress, lift, train and breath. Â I'll write as much as I possibly can. Â I'll try to get better at things I suck at...be it geometry or strategy games or putting things together or develop a sense of direction.
