Hua Dao Posted August 3, 2008 (edited) Hello, I've been practicing baguazhang since about '95. The style I practice consists of both daoist and buddhist practices although we tend to devote more time to the daoist side. There is also a lot of overlapping in what the practices develop and the daoist side is more practical in my opinion. I hope I can offer something to the forum.
