Qigong System Recommendation

Hi everyone,

 

Hope you're well.

 

I am looking for recommendations of Qigong systems that work with Core Frequency Tuning, allowing for resonance with whatever experience the practitioner chooses. 

 

P.S. I have never had any Qigong training, the closest I came was with Rudi's Authentic Neigong but I didn't go through with it)
