Yet, I don’t always perceive this clearly. Often, what God wants feels, to my smaller self(which is an illusion), like it opposes my own wants. For instance, God calls me to be non-judgmental, while the small self instinctively wants to judge everything around me. Thankfully, God’s infinite patience allows Him to guide me repeatedly, teaching me to release the urge to judge and embrace His wisdom instead.

Mhm I think these moments of.. what to call it… moments when one deeply connects with the divine are fleeting. We might be souls, but we are also man. Chimps with a divine spark. And I don’t see anything wrong with being human as well. Ofc, I understand the yearning - deeply so, but the farts of Christ is probally not that much more pleasing than ours, if you know what I mean. Self might be an concept, but at the same time… real, I believe. So, now I am repeating stuff I’ve heard and not talking from experience, but people who strike me to have that god given shine and wisdom and compassion and calm, have told me that in the spiritual realm (as they call it), they feel pure bliss, because our spirit is always complete. Think about the word holy, right. Same word as whole, I would assume (but please don’t fact check). Same as heal to, perhaps.
