dwai Posted June 4, 2022 (edited) Ā To be able to move like this, the mind must not grasp onto anything. Ā This is taught in tai chi as well - one of the things my teacher told me is to not ātry to do somethingā, but remain present and āthings will happenā. Ā This was the yin approach to tai chi. Not to will application of tai chi intoĀ situations, but let the situations give rise to the application of tai chi. The non-grasping mind (or no mind). This is what theĀ internal martial artsĀ are so good at āĀ if one can give up their dogged stubbornness and attachment to ideas, thoughts, concepts, and outcomes.Ā Edited June 4, 2022 by dwai
