Gently used Nook HD+ and/or e-ink Reader?

I would like to upgrade from my little Nook HD to a slightly larger Nook HD+. I am also interested in any normal e-ink reader. Looking for something that has been gently used, no scratches on the screen or battery issues. Will consider alternative 9-12" screen tablets that have a card slot, and any size e-ink reader.

 

I am gathering up funds now and probably want to keep it under $75.00.

 

I am willing to trade if I have anything you may need or want.
