JinlianPai Posted March 15, 2015 (edited) The Internal Styles of kung fu of china. Â Also known as the subtle styles. Â Understand that with internal stylists that what you see is what you are suppose to see and it is the unseen that destroys the enemy. Â Tension is the illusion. Â Relaxation is the power yin and when done right is invisible to the enemy. Â All the enemy sees is your tension. Â Relaxed fluid movement is hard to stop, predict, evade or counter. Â Because it has no wasted motion. Â Use tension and relaxation as tools and use them interchangeably. Â All your enemy sees is your tension which is an illusion that you project on to the enemy so they can lock on to you. Â When you relax and move with relaxed movement you disappear to them and all they know is the hit. Â When you relax the blood flows better the mind is clear and your chi field expands. Â When this chi field expands it bounces off negative energies. Â So when you do attack all your enemy knows is that got hit with some invisible unstoppable force. Â Your boxing is to reflect this. Â In internal martial arts what you see is what you are suppose to see it is the hit that is unseen. Edited March 15, 2015 by JinlianPai
JinlianPai Posted March 15, 2015 Without proper internal boxing training your internal power wont have a delivery system. Â The energy your developing needs to be trained so you have inner skill so you can master it. Â between every movement of up-down, left right, in-out, yin-yang there is a moment of wuji where the yi can be maximized.
