GrandTrinity Posted February 27, 2005 I think the 3 amigos should include using a LOW horse stance with tendon changing perhaps as well, moving from lumbars. Also the turtle stance is key! (Turtle is the foundation for iron shirt training!) Then, after you finish the "ninja dancing 3" (breathing, movement, awareness) freestyle qi gong dance: getting low with squating, ass shaking movements. Do some streches. Now relax and wash your body with chi from your hands, massaging the chi down from the forehead/eyes/head, into the neck, into the trunk all the way down to feet, dont skip a (psoas) spot!
