Everything Posted November 20, 2013 (edited) Reflecting on Yin/Yang, the full spectrum of existance and non-existance giving rise to one another. Â We usually think in terms of: either I am reading this or not. It can't be both at the same time. Â Since I am reading this, I am not not reading this. However, according to Lao Tzu, existance and none existance give rise to one another. So they must exist at the same time. Â You are reading this AND you are not reading this. That is the full spectrum of reflecting on your reading. Â The question usually goes, "If I am also not reading this, what is it exactly that I am not reading?" Â The answer is: "You cannot know, because you are not reading it." Â By reading this, you are not reading this. Â By not reading this, you are reading this.
