The Contraction Inhale Method The Contraction Exhale Method Inhale yan intent (contraction) and yin action (pull in) yin intent (relax) and yin action (pull in) Exhale yin intent (relax) and yan action (push out) yan intent (contraction) and yan action (push out) I guess different application requires different method. It's fun to practice both. Don't change postures while contracting...lol Later on, when things solidify with this practice, extremely light contraction while moving.
