skydog Posted June 3, 2012 I dont know too much about the science of Qigong  But I feel that I need to compress the energy in my stomach and sometims when I sit down my stomach gets tight and tenses and my body comes forward.  I was reading in this book Neigong about a standing posture where I focus on the belly but the energy gets really tight.  ?
