styx_oarsman Posted March 10, 2011 Hello everyone, Â I'm a history student living in Prague. I've been practicing traditional Japanese martial arts for a few years now and at some point I started searching for a "meaning" beyond the simple self-defense or combat training. Last year I visited a Qigong seminar in Paris and it got me all hooked up. I've read a couple of books on the subject... and now I'm even more interested. So, that's my reason for being here, basically. Â Daniel
Rodani Posted March 10, 2011 Congratulations. I have a book you can read, no charge. Like you, I studied Japanese karate, kickboxing but segued into taichi, qigong and bagua and it provides an indepth study, if not a perspective that could open up ideas. No strings, just useful info. Hope it helps. Â www.domitomate.com
