Hair Breathing becomes easier to grasp from week to week (the principles are always the same: part of the eye, hair, finger, yin/yang organ, collection point, aura).

 

The asymmetric Standing Chi Kung Exercises are nice - I'm going to change the sides every day to keep the balance.

 

All the sexual chi kung stuff is very subtle right now - compared to the first book with the perineum power.
