Hi, everyone. i am realy confused by all this terms and posted this question in this post to see if any one can explain their differences, and what should i cultivate and what of them are more effective, also i want to know for a man training witch of these meridans are more effective in 8 turns of jing for man, 8,16,24,32,40,48,56,64. please explain it with a relativity modern terms. and when i train nei dan i somtimes feel like a a amount of energy flow in my body, not that i control it or anything, actualy it is after each session, this energy literary do nothing but gives a false sense of power like when you exercise and after hours of rest you feel power with all that muscle pain, but in qi training instead of mucle pain you only get the feeling, and when i tried to hit something it hurt like hell, but although my arm hurt it want that it wasn't painfull but it was as if i could deal with it easer then before. please, if anyone can answer my questions, i would be happy to listen.
