lol u dont need a method - compress dantian hold ur breath and try to move it - if ur 2a itll move a tiny bit in everydirection - then jsut try and move it like pushing and pulling and eventually ull probably free it...

More pie guy please don't ruin the convo... Why can't u believe that people actually make it past level 4... You read too many of kostas books... Puretruth... So you believe Mopai doesn't compress after battery cause qi field is too dense and one should connect to wuji.... Remember that changs field was 20 ft and dense enough to allow Jim's yang chi to pass through it... What's ur opinion on this?

you cant do 2a without 1, you cant do 3 without 2, and you def cant do 4 without 3 - so even if you did have the meds from the mopai manual it ll be worthless...

the transmission is freaky cause we don't know what it actually is... for example chunyi lin phone healings we know its his shen energy. If you prob go to chang you know its his fused taiji energy and compressed magical chi. But tridaya... what the hell is that - Like if i get the transmission, i dont want it to conflict with what im already doing... and suppose i want the tridaya energy out of my system... you know

.Just so people know: SIGNS FOR LEVEL 1: Inner heat that fills whole body, vibration in dantian (then you know uve completed it) first sign of level 2: burning palms that may peel, dantian begins to feel like a lump of chi or knot in intestines (this is how i know im on level 2a) If you do level 2a for really long time you will get iron body etc
