okay yes jim dance did open some stuff up in the third eye and open a block in the lungs BUT - he dispersed and dissipated some chi that i had condensed and packed tight into to the dantian! so although it was very good i wasn't happy about that cause it took me like 2 weeks to get back the chi he dissipated .. but BTW what level is jim nance? Now the common method is mco to fuse yin and yang. The less common method is getting the dantian all the way to perineum to fuse yin and yang. Now i have mixed but i havent fused yet which is what im working on. So i understand that ive been filling my self up with yang chi (also supported with the jing hence the 100 days no ejaculation). What energy exactly do you think ive put in myself drew? I think its yang cause its hot, dense, and makes me really strong... but its not the godly one chi... Yeah the methods i dont think really differ that much.. but with the MCO method (ascending yang and descending yin) it says you have to have no sexual thoughts and if you do there's an illusory agent. So all you have to do is conserve However the other method (the thunderpath method) is moving the WHOLE dantian to the huiyin where it attracts the negative yin chi from the earth like a magnet. Hold it there and breathe yang to it while pulling in yin and it will react and transform into life-force energy.

this is all good... im saying there is a different method - pull in yang chi (post natal fire chi) Pull in yin chi fuse them - to create one chi To fuse send the dantian down to perineum and hold it there and breathe with it down there pulling in yin from the earth. This is the method if u wanna still have sexual thoughts... and still create your pre-natal vitality I agree four hours non-stop full lotus is the most efficient practice in the world (sadly i can only last an hour and little bit before i have to change positions)

This seems far superior than the sperm method where if you have a single lustful thought they say its an "illusory agent"..... So my take is you can continue mixing yin and yang and raising ur vibration till level 30 or however long you wanna work on your ming - then u fuse the white light, then the golden light and continue on the elixir path (or just get super powerful like lim just on the thunderpath)

to add - the white light is the negative spirit of essential nature, this is united with ming of eternal life (mixed yin and yang) this is sublimated up the orbit to unearth the positive spirit (golden seed within the white light) this is then united again in the LTD - viola golden elixir - here i come....

drew... how bout this: if you keep mixing yin and yang you can still buiild up massive amounts of soucre qi (one power chi energy - lifeforce energy) regardless of whether or not you have sexual thoughts, cause ur getting the pre-natal vitality another way - then u can unite that with the white light, and sublimate up the orbit to get the golden light...
