  1. Liao says you can cultivate your chi all you want, but you'll never reach jing, which is condensed chi. Makes sense.. you'll know all these guys who say their dantien is like a beach ball... this just means theres is a fog of chi round that area and its meaningless. I mean just think about why the mo pai has you compress the chi into your dantien untill literally no more can fit. They make it hard. So then you get internal power because the chi has been burned, redesigned.

look your challenge is stupid.... no one wants to waste their time debating or arguing with you... if youre in Australia go try knocking on john chang's door since its close by and maybe you can beg him to zap you... (or heal if your modest) its just a miracle you managed to spend 20 years in taiji without even having sensitivity (ting) to your own chi. and chi is not just feeling heat or tingling in the fingertips... sometimes it turns into thick buzzing liquid! and it ranges in temperature... from white hot to cool and moist

No haha, but i did check jims book to compare my feelings to his... here let me quote - "I have to admit I enjoy this vibrating sensation even though it only lasted several weeks. I actually looked forward to the comforting feeling it gives me during my daily training. It is most encouraging because this sensation substantiates my development after all these years. I learned that this vibration is an accumulation of your yang energy around your dan tien. As it builds up, it begins to move faster and faster and then instantly jumps out from the dan tien area and bounces around different parts of your body, if you can imagine. I could feel it in my ankles, and then it bounced up to my shoulders, then down to my calves, then arms, on and on. Later, I was able to, at times, control it somewhat." today I decided to practice small universe for the first time since i could already feel it along the small universe! and often the buzzing qi goes around to the feet and arms... 3 years training in Gary's neikung? or 3 years doing other stuff as well as Gary's neikung maybe i miss heard, but i remember when i mentioned the 4 - 5 year thing to gary he told me thats "absolute crap" LOL... i burst out laughing... i think its maybe its not best to intellectualize about time frames in the end... just make sure ones practicing is effecient!.. its easy to practice this stuff all day, walking, siting, waiting - yes plus i mean the dantian can never really be filled, u just pack more and more in it until the field goes outside of your body right?... i guess vibration just lets you know you are on your way... was yours really jerky at first? it only happens if i breathe directly into the dantien, and i can kinda control the speed based on how much pressure i use on the dantien But more on this happenings of this thread topic... whats the deal with the so called 'test'... is it happening.. people seems to busy arguing and not actually doing!

Oh yes i got that book first actually, its amazing and very clear... you know all that talk of filling the dantian taking 4 years is crap... You can do it much faster if you just use your yi and breathe 'internally'.. i mean feeling dantian vibrating/ bubbling is the 2nd sign right? did you feel this?.. Gary told me in his neikung it takes only days to do fill it! It makes sense that a foundational practice need not take a whole lifetime!

To answer you Dorian, im a relative beginner been doing qigong for around 6 months and nei kung for around 2... I called Gary the other day after i tried his awesome condensing breathing practice on youtube. don't have the cash yet to buy his nei kung (i just entered college) tho i went through the daily practice routine pdf on his site. I think one just needs the discerning eye on which system and exactly how to practice for the best results, using your yi!

hmm lol studying taiji for 20 years and not yet grasping its internal aspects.. how on earth would you use jing if you haven't even known chi. have you read taiji classics by waysun liao? or even the treatise of Chang San Feng! hahah chi is definitely not faith belief, once you feel it bubbling in your dan tian then you'll know for sure no one has tricked you!
  9. $1.5million Fajin Challenge

yes but remember JC showing the light of yang chi in a ping pong ball

so then that means there is much more to jing than deciding speed, frequency and amplitude of the vibration... i would imagine simply vibrating your developed dense core jing youve stored at a very fast frequency would not produce something like that five thunder palm

LOL think you'd need special portable bathrooms for this then!... but more seriously to an earlier post, i doubt bruce developed any fajin or jing or any sort of internal power (external methods do not produce internal results)

Okay any of you remember the part in opening the dragon gate where Wang liping does the five thunder palm on the wolves.... okay let me quote it: "Wang Liping had no plan of action. Figuring he'd been trapped by the masters, he decided to employ inner power. Working up energy combining inner forces at their source, he raised his right palm. "Don't kill any of them," the grand master suddenly called. "Just use thirty percent of your power," quickly added the Wayfarer of Pure Serenity." Let them live." With these instructions in mind, Wang Liping thrust his palm out violently. A beam of white light flashed, and several of the wolves collapsed motionless on the ground without a sound." and "What Wang Liping used here was the Five Thunder Palm. This power emerges swift as lightning, with tremendous force. The extraordinary thing about this is that the victim shows no external sign of injury; the power enters inside the body with an explosive force, capable of damaging the internal organs by the shock. Among Taoists, this palm strike has historically been used only for defense, never for aggression." Would this be still labeled as jing? I have heard that at advanced levels one absorbes the power of thunder into the body... is this a different category of internal power... hmm what you think guys... btw im new

interesting, the jing cant be projected beyond the body without touching or having the other person calibrated... is this where we need yin, yang gong, and condense the already reacted two energies...
  14. Hey!

cultivator ready for the wang liping john chang etc action! and just scoping out the BUMBS haha!
