  1. About an hour a day for about three months or so.
  2. I'd like to get the volume 5 of Terry Dunn's Chi Kung for health: Five 90-second power meditations but not exactly sure what they're. I got the first three from Amazon.com and I really love them. He's a stunning teacher, no doubt, but each dvd delivered to UK cost about $55 so it would be great if I could have some feedback about those meditations before I get the dvd. The 1st three volumes are truly amazing, highly recommended ❤
  3. Does anyone know if Michael Winn's Tai Chi for Enlightenment dvd is available in UK? If so, where from? I'm hoping to get at least the dvd, can't afford the whole package. Its so expensive to get it from US with postage + vat 😌
  4. kunlun confusion..

I mean a better idea about what kunlun is!
  5. kunlun confusion..

Thank you all, I have a better idea now
  6. kunlun confusion..

I've been reading here, and elsewhere, about Kunlun. The more I read the more confused I get. As far as I can understand there're three people presenting it in different ways. Can anyone explain the different 'approaches' so I know what I'm getting. I'm planning to get dvds and some are very expensive, like the Kuan Yin Magnetic Qigong. Is the KYMQ a somehow more advanced practice or something? I can't see the reason a single dvd would cost $100.. As I'm outside US, I also have to pay customs duties + vat, for that reason I must research well on what is what. What I really want to know is the difference between Jenny Lambs level 1 Kunlun, Max Lomax's Red Phoenix and KYMQ. And then I can make a wiser choise. I'm new to Qigong, but not to meditation, which I've been practicing for several years now.
  7. Advice on dvds...

    Thank you!
  8. Advice on dvds...

Thank you very much. I've already started hunting for the dvds you recommended
  9. Advice on dvds...

hi everyone, I've been trying to learn qigong from dvds and find it almost impossible to sort out the wheat from the chaff. So if anyone can recommend any good dvd, I'd be grateful. I've already spent a lot on some useless dvds, so any advice is welcome 😊
