  1. Natural Chi Movement

No Tienko does not say that. He says what I wrote above that he says:"you can do nothing with just the book...that you need the activation first, and then, after that, you practice for 30 minutes each day."
  2. Natural Chi Movement

Has anyone ever read "Natural Chi Movement" by Tienko Ting? If so, please share your impressions.
  3. Natural Chi Movement

Actually, he says that you can do nothing with just the book...that you need the activation first, and then, after that, you practice for 30 minutes each day. What I am wondering is if, indeed, it would work just as well without the "activation."
  4. Natural Chi Movement

Thank you, Chi Dragon. Ting claims to activate people's chi. He holds workshops, and now does longdistance "global" activations. A lot of people claim they have experience great benefit. He claims to activate the chi, and then the recipients have automatic body movements that provide them with what they need. This becomes a daily practice once your chi is acitvated.

I've been reading about the "Natural Chi Movement," a practice originated by a man named Tienko Ting. Is anyone familiar with this? And can you advise me as to whether it is worthwhile to pursue?

  7. Hi everyone...

I just registered, and want to say hi. Many searches have ended up referring me to Tao Bums, so I finally registered. I have a longtime interest in meditation, yoga and eastern healing arts.
