Hi everyone,
I'm Ben, i'm 27 and from Australia.
I've read a bit of this forum several times and got some good information from it.
I have tried several different things, I did some spring forest qigong, TRE (David Berceli), sedona method, EFT and other methods of letting go. I mainly started this for my own healing and have improved so much I help other people with it now. EFT is the main thing I focus on and I attribute many improvements in my life due to it.
I also contribute healing alot of trauma to the work I have done too!
So I thought i'd come in and look around, and hopefully find new and effective ways of healing that I can add to my own practice.
