  1. it seems to build up before unleashing

    yes, i think i know how to handle head pressure now but it would normally happen on days i was feeling heady or was in high emotional states. Once i wished for a clipboard and found it in the middle of an intersection - how unlikely is that? What concerns me is that i have pretty much completely given up pot, but sometimes i will get the want for it. Couple days later i am finding 80$ worth of it just sitting at a bus stop. i feel like the universe is testing my desire for worldly things :/


  2. If i want something small, within a week i will find it. i tested it this week with something i didnt really want and i got it. i am wondering if this is negatively affecting energetic progress? Should i work at having no desire more? This manifestation has been happening for a long time, before i even practiced energy work, but has intensified since. It starts with a thought like "oh this thing would be nice" then a week later i find it on the ground or meet someone who gives it to me. There is about 80% accuracy, even when the thing i wish for is money but no matter what it is it has to be small. When i realize i dont really want that item its too late, i am going to get it


  3. being alive is an addiction. If you don't stop eating, drinking water and breathing RIGHT NOW - this proves you are nothing but a life-junkie who can't get off the sauce. Life is a physical and psychological addiction. Your body wont even let you quit. lol


  4. just going off 2 weeks of kunlun practice, but it seems to move a lot of energy to the crown right now.

     

    BUT, in my experience, kunlun will give you the libido you are looking for. after 2 weeks i get hard a lot more frequently, and now apparently i can not only cum twice, but continue to have an orgasm for a few minutes. Only after two weeks!

     

    Don't know if it stays this way for long though

    Sometimes it gets warm, as of late it mostly just feels orgasmic in that one spot. i have experimented with spinning it with my mind, with interesting results. i go through the stage of it feeling sexual and then i go into a more quiet state and the sexual feeling goes away, and i cease to feel hyper energized. Afterwards i feel more weighed down to the ground, have more sensation in my feet and less mental chatter. i used to start hallucinating while storing energy, but now if i am hallucinating due to intense energy from a routine, storing brings me back down to earth. By hallucinating, i mean surfaces start to look a little wiggly not full blown seeing things, minor perception distortion.


  6. my mind automatically goes to Upper DT, so any focusing there is a no go for me. But i see your point. i feel like my physical practice brings me closer to appreciating my body as a whole rather than its parts. My over analyzing mind makes me want to understand everything though.


  7. yeah i'm doing the mental part here, just wondering if the pleasurable spot i'm feeling is the target area. i place my attention in the general area and don't try to force anything, and the energy naturally goes there.


  8. i have tried super low belly, and now i am trying behind the belly button. But now when i store energy i am getting a ball of sexual feeling inside me lower than where i am storing. My question is should i store at this location? Where i am talking about is closer to the pelvic floor, but not those muscles themselves. When i focus there the intensity of the sexual feeling increases, and sometimes my penis starts to twitch and feel sexual till i pull my attention back to the spot it originates from. Is there a specific organ/gland for LDT? That would make finding exactly where to focus easier as i have a very pinpointed awareness. Or should i be focusing more on the general area? i feel like i am definitely doing something when i zone in on that small spot, i dunno if i should be doing it though


  9. i never saw any gains lifting weights for over a month and eating meat everyday. i got a little bit then i just stayed at that gain level. i really don't like to push myself until it hurts, but some people say that's the only way. i have heard though that if you are gaining muscle its because you are tearing them and the gains have a lot of scar tissue. does anyone know anything about this? i just read it somewhere once


  10. All you need to do to gain weight is eat more caloriers than you epend. Eat 4-5 meals a day like its your job. May feel kinda bloated at first but your digestion will catch up, especially if you are working out. Also don't go crazy at the gym, 1-3 good workouts a week and plenty of rest.

     

    You can continue to eat well and gain weight. Try more brown rice, sweet potato, avocado, nuts, seeds, eggs... good quality yogurt and maybe milk if your digestion can handle it (that is if you eat dairy).

     

     

    i eat all of those things, and i only do chikung or kunlun. i go on 3 small walks a day but other than that i am fairly sedentary :/ i don't like lifting weights either, they hurt.


  11. Does anyone have any advice for gaining weight but not eating crap? Right now i am trying adding more fat to my diet, like a lot of fat even though i know it is supposed to be not so good for me, but i am seeing barely any results if any.


  12. Read a book called Living Beyond Organic that said that jumbo shrimp have something in them that can break down/filter mercury. Look that one up for yourself

     

    As far as morality goes, i read a book once that talked about something called the Backster effect. Basically it says that when you hook up a plant to a polygraph and threaten it, it freaks out. This may or may not be true, but it doesn't matter to me because i view taking a life from a plant exactly the same as i view taking the life of an animal. If you take an animals life and feel fine about it - it isn't immoral for you. If you take an animals life and it makes you upset, you have that to think about. i believe that morality works on a person to person basis.

     

    i eat meat when i start feeling b12 deficient. So probably a few times a month
