Mahamudra at first, then Dzogchen. -
I remember the Jeff controversy and used to hang out a bit in the daobums live chat. Come and go infrequently now compared to when I joined in 2011. It was like a treasure trove of information not seen before with people sharing all types of information and experiences.

Not strange at all. Repressed emotions finally able to be free again. Keep going through the pain by passively watching without engaging in it being good or bad. It may take awhile, but you will start feeling lighter and lighter and not weighed down by these stored emotions potentially held onto for years or more. -
In my opinion the Christ represents the enlightened mind. The dying of the old self and being born again now in union with the divine. We can see in the story of Jesus's death and rising. The mind was crucified on the cross, and after a period of time it was reborn. I believe the esoteric meaning is for those to follow in the footsteps of Jesus, by not literally being crucified, but a mental cleansing through deep meditation. I can see parallels with this in the dark night of the soul.

The Six Vajra Verses ~ Garab Dorje The nature of phenomena is nondual, but each one, in its own state, is beyond the limits of the mind. There is no concept that can define the condition of “what is” but vision nevertheless manifests: all is good. Everything has already been accomplished, and so, having overcome the sickness of effort, one finds oneself in the self-perfected state: this is contemplation. from the book Dzogchen: The Self-Perfected State translated by John Shane

The father the unknowable source. The Son the intelligence of the source that shines forth. The Holy Spirit the perceivable display from the Son. -

I've read low carb diets are good for brain health. Maybe have a try for a week or two and see if it takes the brain fog away.

Run your bank account like you would a business. More money coming in than money coming out. If you stick with this you will always stay level or increase. Hard to do when the money coming in is not very much to start with though.

I like this line of reasoning. If we are dreaming and know everything is a dream and cannot hurt us, is there still fear? I would say fear stems from attachment. If we do not have an attachment to something, is there any fear involved if that thing is compromised.
