i understand your point. Thank you for all of the Help! I really appreciate it. I have stopped the particular meditation that i was doing have have begun exercising more, this has helped but i still feel some effects. I live in the Santa Monica, West LA area. If anyone knows of someone that is very knowledgeable..it would be very helpful. thank you once again. I think that my experience is similar to this.
