  1. Fun conversation from www.gnostic-community.org

To address what you said here for now: Apparently Samael Aun Weor (who wrote that he had confirmed that the 14th Dalai Lama is a realized Master) was saddened when he had discovered that a big cause for many Buddhist monks engaging in sexual misconduct like masturbation and homosexuality, was due to the Lamas making the monks wait too long to receive Karmamudra instructions. Also: "Such a (Tantric) practitioner can make spiritual use not only of delicious meat and drink, but even of human excrement and urine. A yogi's meditation transforms these into real ambrosia. For people like us, however, this is beyond our reach. As long as you cannot transform piss and shit, these other things should not be done!" Although now the Dalai Lama speaks quite openly about Karmamudra in many of his writings. Sarva Mangalam

And these same Ancient Classic Gnostics went underground and continued to work through Secret Societies like the original Masons and Rosicrucians. Like I said, perhaps he is actually the Kalki Avatar. Every Astrological Age of the Precession of the Equinoxes has its Avatar. Buddha Shakyamuni and the Dalai Lama also reject homosexuality. I say that even if Muhammad literally had a nine year old wife, that he didn't actually have sexual relations with her until she was at least a few years older. Ramakrishna is said to have married Sarada Devi when she was an infant. Of course he wouldn't have performed the Shorashi Puja with Sahaja Maithuna with her until she was at least in her teens or older. Best Regards
  3. Human Growth Hormone (HGH)

"HGH Surge" (all natural) seemed to help quite a bit when I tried it. It helped beyond a mere placebo for sure, however I'd have to experiment with it again in combination with a better diet & better workout routine than what I'd had at the time before putting in my final word on it. Secratatropin, Secretagogue One, and Secretagogue Gold, (all three are seemingly all-natural) are supposed to be good ones too: http://hghtruths.com/the-big-list-of-supplement-reviews/ Sarva Mangalam

Hm, I wonder what someone who is consciously practicing black magic could do with such practices? Who Are the Black Lodges and Who Decides... It's very interesting that you bring this up. Now don't quote me on this, but I think I remember seeing a reference to Aleister Crowley in one of his books, a reference to him that someone also mentioned on a Amazon.com review for Longchenpa's Old Man Basking in the Sun, I believe. Although in his commentary on Flight of the Garuda, Keith Dowman specifically warns us about the potential danger that exists for any Dzogchen practitioner falling into black magic. And I do like Keith Dowman's writings and commentaries, however some things don't seem to add up, like how in Sky Dancer Keith Dowman acknowledges that in the Completion Stages, to reach orgasm incurs the karma of slaying a Buddha, but then he goes on to seemingly imply that it's okay for a Dzogchen practitioner to expel semen (Thigle/Bodhicitta): Keith Dowman's commentary: Sky Dancer One could argue that Dzogchen is beyond Tantra; but even so, I just don't see any benefit in releasing Thigle/Bodhicitta under any circumstance. Once your body gets use to Sexual Yoga without orgasm, you see how pointless orgasm is and how damaging it is to the mind. Now I'm not saying that Keith Dowman is saying that it's okay to release Thigle/Bodhicitta; however it seems like he's implying that it's okay for Dzogchen practitioners to. But I don't know for sure either way. Anyway, there are also other translations of Flight of the Garuda. And: http://www.tibet.dk/pktc/whats_new.htm Sarva Mangalam
  6. Yeshe Lama Thogal book?

Thanks for pointing this out. How much is Tony Duff's translation? http://www.tibet.dk/pktc/studyguide.htm It looks like not just anyone can purchase this translation either. $100 is nothing for having that level of practice-instruction though. Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen's Heart Drops of Dharmakaya (Snow Lion Publications) implies that the book Heart Drops of Dharmakaya is a complete Dzogchen practice, that is, with one exception: A note by Lopon Tenzin Namdak explains that one of the Rushen practices related to purifying the Six Lokas of Samsara is missing, but that it is found in the Zhang Zhung Nyan-Gyud. So I'm checking up on Vajranatha's and Lopon Tenzin Namdak's books on this Cycle to see if it's in either book. It looks like the Guru Yoga practice is included in the former, which I'm sure would be very wise to perform everyday before doing the practices found in Heart Drops of Dharmakaya. It would be great to study the Yeshe Lama in order to see if Heart Drops of Dharmakaya actually has everything (after all, the latter is publicly available for anyone to buy).
  7. Cure for masturbation addiction

Fasting (in alternation with a healthy—preferably organic—diet) is a good thing for sure: Swami Sivananda on Fasting and Brahmacharya However, if the afflictions of lust are in the mind, then we can literally starve ourselves to death, and lust will still remain: And (Fire): The Fuel for Spiritual Experience Best Regards

It sounds contradictory, but for a male, having more testosterone (and maybe for females too, I don't know) and healthy outlets for sublimating it (working out, Pranayama, Meditation, Martial Arts, Yantra Yoga, etc.), is much more conducive to sexual purity than having lower testosterone. For us males, depression often accompanies lower testosterone, and with that depression comes more morbid, torpid, etc. thoughts; and unhealthy thought is much more damaging to chastity than the sexual energy itself (in fact the sexual energy itself IS chastity). Thought and sexual energy are intimately related, yet having more sexual energy to sublimate and transmute through healthy outlets is much more conducive to chastity than having low testosterone. I could explain this much better, I know. Nonetheless, this being a Taoist forum, what I'm getting at here should be quite clear for most forum members. A lot of great information here too: http://sacred-sex.org/topics.html
  10. Greetings It looks like there are some here who have studied and practiced Dzogchen; and a few others who are familiar with the teachings of Samael Aun Weor. (Speaking of the latter, there happens to be a Gnostic lecture related to The Tao that was just recently transcribed, and that also inspired my screen name). I'm sure that posting here will be very interesting and worthwhile. Inverential Peace and Sarva Mangalam

Not to speak for "broken", however the following video addresses your concerns quite thoroughly: Sex: The Secret Gate to Eden There's also a thread about this video on TheTaobums forums here somewhere too. I'd first wondered about this not too long ago myself. Technology isn't bad in itself; yet it has overall become so out of tune with nature, that a symbol for fornication and its subsequent fall into the lower realms of samsara seems like an appropriate stamp for something (i.e. technology that is more or less a product of the ego rather than Awakened Consciousness), that, like fornication itself, has run amok and is so rampant these days. As is suggested in the Torah and Zohar, to partake of the fruits of the Tree of Life is healthy nourishment for our Buddha Nature. Although to eat the forbidden fruit of the Tree of Knowledge is to invite getting our minds tangled up in the five poisons. Nevertheless, to enjoy the aroma (amora) of the Tree of Knowledge without biting it, is the Key of Da'ath. Best Regards

Are you absolutely sure about this? And may we both realize why this statement is so true. Believe whatever you want, if you want. I just hope you realize that ad-hominem attacks are easily seen for what they are. And even though the teachings of Samael Aun Weor are indeed for the New Age of Aquarius, his doctrine is in fact the very opposite of what is taught by those who are commonly known as new-agers. (And you also seem to have ignored the fact that I'd posted a link to Glorian's website about Samael Aun Weor's knowledge regarding the various Ancient Gnostic Schools, and the scriptures and teachings of those like the Ophites, Basilidians, Valentinians, Sethians, Satanians, Carpocratians, etc.) The common new-ager's (kalkian personalities) approach, is a do-whatever-you-want and anything-goes mentatilty of which many who call themselves ("Classic") Gnostics are actually caught up in themselves. Many who call themselves Gnostics think that it's okay to enter Gnosis while existing as alcoholics, masturbators, homosexuals, lesbians, drug addicts, etc. But this is all self-deceit. The Revolutionary teachings of Viras such as Swami Sivananda and Samael Aun Weor, for those with Thelema (Will-Power), are despised by kalkian personalities and pseudo-Gnostics. Here's what Samael Aun Weor has to say about the views and actions of hippies and new-agers: The Dionysian Wave The Kalkian Personality Sarva Mangalam

I think this is the first that I've heard this (I've not yet read the entire Nag Hammadi); but I do believe it, as it's not at all surprising. True. Hence my above posting to a link related to Gnosis, Platonism, and Thomas Taylor. Where did I claim such a thing? The following is exactly what was actually said: In other words, many, if not most of the Ancient Gnostic sects were legit; however some of them were not. Which means that even some of the Nag Hammadi writings may not even be authentic. From one of the above links: That's because the Gnostic practices were not taught publicly in those days (when the Nag Hammadi texts were first written). It was necessary to receive the Initiations for performing the Gnostic practices for achieving what is described in the Gnostic scriptures. It's like with Vajrayana Buddhism. In most cases you can't just pick up a Tantra, read it, and assume that you'll benefit much from it without receiving the commentary and empowerment for the related practice. Even now, the practices written in the books of Samael Aun Weor are First Chamber practices. There are still Second and Third Chamber practices that are not written in the publicly available books. Well of course not everyone who claims to be the Avatar of the New Era, is the said Avatar. Although someone has to be the Avatar, right? They're not any more "kooky" than the Sexual Alchemy practices described in the Hindu and Buddhist Tantras and Taoist Scriptures. In fact, they're the same thing, although clarified a bit more and explained in less cryptic language.

Exactly. If we accept the historical physical existence of Yeshua Ben Pandira without finding out on our own through our own direct experience, it would not be Gnosis. So the point then is to draw inspiration from the symbolic life-story of Yeshua, and if that inspiration helps us to attain the ability to view the Akashic Records for ourselves in order to see if he physically existed, then even better. Anyhow, the Gnostic teaching is that Christ is Bodhicitta in all Its aspects (Outer, Inner, Secret, and Ultimate or Innermost-Secret), not a person. From what I've learned, Immortality (whether it is through the Gnostic Resurrection, or the Rainbow Body, or Light Body of Dzogchen) is the final goal in-so-far as it is the best means to assist sentient beings. See: The 16 Bhumi's in relation to the degrees or levels of Objective Reasoning: Degindad, Ternoonald, Podkoolad, and Anklad. In the Gnostic teachings, the Avadhuti or Sushumna is said to open for the Kundalini Serpent by way of the following: The Sahaja Maithuna or Karmamudra practice between a man and a woman who love each other; and through the retention of the semen, that is to say the refrained desire (avoidance of the orgasm) and the Fires of Love together will agitate the Kundalini Serpent and cause Her to awaken as to enter the Innermost Chamber of the Central Channel as to begin Its ascent through the 33 Degrees (in each of the Seven Serpents of Fire and the Seven Serpents of Light). It is said that sparks of Kundalini can be sent up the side channels (Lalana and Rasana) with Pranayama, and that some Kundalini Fire can even be sent up the Central Channel with Tummo Breathing; however that the Kundalini Serpent Herself can only be awakened with Sexual Magic (i.e. the Central Channel Itself is said to have other channels within it; and I'd imagine that some Kundalini Fire can be sent up the outer channels of the Central Channel, whereas the Kundalini Serpent Herself enters the Innermost Channel of the Central Channel through Sexual Magic). Also, Samael Aun Weor recommended that the Couple would do well to first prepare themselves through daily Meditation and through accustoming the body, channels, and chakras to Transmutation, before engaging in the Sahaja Maithuna/Karmamudra practice. About the Dalai Lama, He and Samael Aun Weor agree with each other regarding Tantric Sexuality: http://sacred-sex.org/search?q=Dalai+Lama And it is said that Aleister Crowley's teachings are more from Papus and Jules Doinel; whereas Samael Aun Weor's teachings are more in agreement with the Occult teachings of Huiracocha (Arnold Krumm-Heller), Franz Hartmann, H.P. Blavatsky, Rudolf Steiner, and Dr. Peithmann (Basilides). There is a lot specifically about this on the internet. Well, the centrifugal flow that most of us have going on is said to be unnatural, because it goes downward and outward (the downward/outward flow of sexual energy is a product of contrivance and mental and emotional afflictions, not its natural state). In Yoga and Tantra practice, the sexual energy is made centripetal, that is inward and upward. "Enhancing" the natural (centripetal) flow of our energies in relaxation, sounds more like Dzogchen; related to Thugs-rJe, rTsal, rGyan, gDangs, and Rolpa as the energetic expressions of our Ngowo (Essence) and Rangzhin (Nature). Although enhancing wouldn't be the best term here, because the Natural State of Dzogchen is the relaxing into the natural condition of our Being that is already present; and our Being (the Inseparability of Emptiness and Awareness) already knows the natural flow of our energies. However if we do not find ourselves in the Natural State, then Tantric methods like Yantra Yoga and such would be necessary to revert the flow of our Sexual Energy back towards its natural centripetal flow. No. The balance of the Three Forces (Yang, Yin, and Te or Tai Chi) are already there within the energetic contact of the masculine and feminine poles in the sexual act itself: About "Retaining the Seed" Tantrism: The Three Types of Mercury See also: Sarva Mangalam
