  1. Well, well...

One does only need to follow the description of your own Grandmaster of what Internal Power really is. Quotes Waysun Liao, Tai Chi Classics "This current eventually becomes so strong that it yields a tremendous amount of vibration, accumulating in wave after wave and at a speed that only the mind is capable of generating. This creates the awesome power known as jing." "Jing is a high-frequency vibration controlled by the mind and integrated by mind/body coordination into an ultra-fast wavelike unit.[...] The mind manipulates the vibrations, converts them into an ultra-high frequency unit, and releases the accumulated energy in the form of explosive power." This high-frequency vibration is actually visible to the observer, as the videos I compiled here show: The hands of practitioners who developed real internal power actually vibrate when they perform FaJin. These videos show the visible vibration in the hands of Temple Style masters Ron Hoffman and Gary Clyman, which proves that they indeed developed NeiJin with Temple Style Tai Chi. On the other hand, I analysed all of your training videos you have posted on thedaobums, but I somehow miss the evidence of abnormally vibrating hands in these...which leads me to the assumption that these videos just show deluded bigbellied fools, laughing happily in their illusion to have developed NeiJin but who in fact just wasted years of intense training for the development of isometric strength. A sad picture. When doing push hands with FaJin, your lower arms should vibrate in a spiral fashion as they do in the video clip with Michael Phillips. But they don't because you don't have Internal Power.
  2. Mo Pai and John Chang

With that post, thedaobums has reached a new height (or depth, depending on the pov): Thedaobums members trying to find John Chang "to teach him from master to master". Wow.
  3. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Some people would even scream "It's no objective evidence!" while JC was shocking them repeatedly with higher and higher doses of his chi (in an effort to convince them) till death...
  4. Long men pai nei gong and mo pai

Not one, but several in fact. And you are convinced that these guys are actually who they claim to be because...
  5. Regarding the achievements of the Count of Saint Germain described in this video (having been Jesus' advisor etc), there are only two logical possibilities which identity he has today: Either or
  6. An opinion? Rather a question: How can anyone assume that tummo meditation has anthing to do with taking a cold shower or that drinking cold liquids could have a negative influence on the LDT? Tummo creates psychic heat that (as a side effect) can be used to withstand external cold. If you think that the exposure to external cold (like taking cold showers) creates psychic heat, well, then you are seriously confused about what tummo is. Tibetan monks can dry wet sheets on their bodies sitting in extreme cold as a side effect of their tummo training, they don't create tummo as a side effect of sitting in wet sheets in cold caves! Don't confuse cause and effect. Concerning your initial question: Bliss of Inner Fire is the only book available which describes how real tummo meditation works practically and in detail. No need to search further.
  7. What's your current desktop wallpaper? You can upload the picture for example here: http://tinypic.com/ to be able to post it in this thread. (After the upload on tinypic, click on the displayed picture two times, then click on "View Raw Image", then insert that link from your browser into the "Image" URL option in the post you are going to add in this thread. That should work well for the successful upload in a thread on thedaobums.) My current desktop wallpaper: My all-time favorite oil painting of Catwoman, painted by the artist Joe DeVito in 1992, scanned from the cover of my copy of the book "The Further Adventures of Batman, Vol. 3: Featuring Catwoman". Mysterious, strong and graceful: I simply love this painting, a Mysterious Female indeed! What is Batman thinking in this moment? Well, without any doubt, he is thinking about poetry:
  8. What's your current desktop wallpaper?

No, I can't see it and when I click on the link, a loading screen opens, seemingly loading forever with no result!

  10. Neidan vs Mantrayana

My understanding is as I said it in the post above. Can you elaborate how a "doing" method (which in consequence has to be initiated and controlled by shi-shen or "common mind") is supposed to be able to work with or to influence pre-heaven chi? Because I honestly can't imagine how this is supposed to be possible. Thanks!
  11. Neidan vs Mantrayana

All those methods using intention, visualization, movement, breathing, feeling etc. are "doing", therefore use shi-shen and in consequence work with post-heaven chi. Qigong, Taichi, Neigong etc. use these post-heaven principles. At best, they create a healthy post-heaven chi flow or even neijin(g) (internal power). Only those methods which are "non-doing" use yuan-shen, in consequence work with pre-heaven chi, therefore can be considered alchemic methods and therefore have the potential to lead to immortality.
