  1. Kunlun Cleansing

Hi there everyone. I've been practicing Kunlun for about a month and a half. I've been experiencing very deep physical and emotional cleansing. One of the main areas that seems to be shifting for me is in my lymphatic system. I keep coming down with something that looks like a cold and starts in my throat. In doing the practice I keep getting these charges of energy to my chest that feel like electrical current breaking things open. If there are a lot of these charges I start feeling the throat symptoms and then the general congestion ensues. I'm a little worried that I might not be doing something right. I spend a fair amount of time closing down. I've been trying to up my water intake and last night for instance I had to go to the bathroom a total of 4 times throughout the night. I know that purification is all part of the path , but I'd like to hear from others if they are going through any similar shifts and what you are doing to help the body on this process. Thanks

  3. Life

Hey Chad. I just got introduced to Kunlun in LA, and have been practicing ever since. I was suffering from depression and had a hard time doing any meditation. Since starting KUnlun I've experienced many opening in both my body and mind. I've been feeling happy and light ever since starting and have been experiencing my loved ones with a more open heart. I've been practicing for about a month now. One of the health changes that occured for me is that I normally experience excrutiating cramps on my cycle. i got my period a week after starting Kunlun and had more energy and absoutely NO CRAMPS and no pain killers. In fact I worked on my feet all day on the first day when I norally have to take the day off because of how bad they get. I've noticed that as y heart has been clearing I have been experiencing cold like symptoms that come from my lymph system clearing out. i feel lighter and more connected to my body and have been working through the changes that have been coming up. I would love to hear what healing abilities have come forth for you because I have noticed some new intuitive healing abilities in myself.
  4. Kunlun Nei Gung "100 Days" Support Thread

I would definitely be interested in joining this thread I just started the practice about 3 weeks ago and I've only missed 2 days. I would love some extra motivation and also hear what others are experiencing. Last night I practiced and about 10 minutes after ending I found myself laughing for about 5-10 minutes uncontrollably an it felt so good. It makes me want to have more community because it opens you up so rapidly it seems like a natural thing to have some buddies around to share with.
  5. Hello I'm a new Kunlunster

I have been recently introduced to the practice of Kunlun through a friend and I am so grateful. I don't think that I've ever done a meditation that I enjoy as much as Kunlun. I've had some pretty intense experiences so far that make me inspired to keep going. I'm looking forward to sharing and also hearing how others are doing with this practice.
