  1. ie here's another one: gathering heavenly energy into the head, and bringing it down to just below the navel... gathering Earthly qi into the feet and and bringing up it into the navel, and then qi into the hands from the trees, animals, people etc., then qi breathedin through the pores from everything else like the air. All of these united under the navel or just where the dan-tien would be.

    Hi Non!

This practice will lead you to big deviations, you can disrupt the health, especially no true dantian not formed.

True Dantian appears at reaching an abundance of jing and of the primordial qi.

  2. "It makes no difference

    what technique or method

    you practice,

it is that you give yourself completely

    to that practice

    that matters.

Hi , it's only may be a funny song. But there is nothing about " How a Spiritual Practice Can Lead to Enlightenment"

Errors are begining in the first words: "It makes no difference

what technique or method you practice"

-There is very great difference what methods you practice!

Some methods bring you nothing, only lost time, even if you give yourself completely to that practice

Some methods can bring you big damage to health, and about any Enlightenment can not be even speech , and if you give yourself completely to them, they can lead to a death!

Only methods received from Teachers and true schools can leads to results.

    Best Regards
