  1. You could also look into Terry Dunn's chi kung for health series, volume 1 generates a good amount of energy and at the same time spreads it effectively through the body. This will also allow you to feel energy sensations pretty quickly if you don't yet.

Just search for the thread flying phoenix chi kung,it provides an interesting read.

  2. I think Jeff Allen was coming up around when Mystery was first getting big. I think he does in fact take a lot from Mystery's theory.

However, haha, Mystery's method is just a bit more complicated than 4 steps I believe. The 4th step in your list is only the closing phase of the attraction stage. After that stage, it will take several more hours to pass through the 2nd stage or comfort/rapport stage, and then after that the 3rd stage or seduction phase. If you mix these stages up what you have been doing can work against you.

I know that you can do well for even several hours and then screw up because you didn't want to transition from attraction stage to comfort stage. If you really don't have all the steps, lines, and moves down, and even more importantly, the transition from attraction, to comfort, to seduction, it's going to take practice, and a lot of fails. It's not fun to start out well, and then failing to get the close. But that's what it is going to take.

More and more I am finding that truly applying this stuff takes a lot of effort and work. Making a habit of talking to random people you don't know every day of your life, and not coming off awkwardly or like you are saying canned lines, or are self conscious, is going to take work.

So....with that said. Jeff Allen in his book says something that stuck in my mind. ESCALATION IS KING. I believe there is also something to be said for caveman tactics and good strong physical escalation.

Yes it's more complicated then that I just wanted to provide an overview so that people could grasp the general concept although it was poorly done.

The art of seduction also is not something new.Just look at Casanova who is said to have slept with over 200 of the most beautiful ladies back then.

There was also annother one who was said to have over 1000 but that didn't care for looks.

@anamatva: Like I said in my previous post there are guys that are so ugly that these techniques offer to them the only way of finding love, also like Sloppy said there are people who are doing this naturally,my brother is one like that and a master at that.

I don't know if you have seen the date doctor with Will Smith, but what he said to the asshole in the suit who wanted to hire him pretty well sums it up why we need people like Mystery.

  3. Here you go Sloppy : http://www.blifaloo.com/info/lies_eyes.php.

Knowing how to "read" a person doesn't mean that you have to use it practically.I don't,I a m a not so bad looking,1,85 m,athletic guy + I have a really strong love frequency so I don't need it.

For me it's just interesting to know, but there are guys in these world who no matter what they do they wont find a girl because they are just too pot ugly, these guys need these seduction techniques real bad cos otherwise they don't stand any chance.

  4. Girls usually want to "date up", which means they look for the guy with the "highest value".

Of course, as many systems of thought tell us, many things are relative.

You can increase your own value. Or you can decrease her value. (Or at least the perceptions thereof).

Either way, it puts the guy in a higher position than the girl. Which fosters attraction because many girls want to "date up".

Of course, group relational power dynamics like this work pretty much everywhere. It sounds bad when you talk about things on an individual, romantic scale, especially when you compare it to society's fairy tales. But start looking at other areas of your life, and you see where this comes in many many many many many times over.

The world is a pretty fucked up place. If you want to get stuff, it helps to know the fucked up rules that other people are playing by. You can choose to follow them or not. But no denying that they are there and that, well, they work.

    [/b]

Exactly!,when you actually know abou those things then you will start to develop an eye for it.But that is only the cherry on top.

If you seriously obserbe and study people's body language, voice, eyes(eyes will shine in certain ways in certain situations),also from the direction of the eyes you can tell if someone is imaginig something visually/auditory or if it's visually/auditory remembered and combine it with the dhv/dlv then you will be able to effectively read a person.

  5. So I asked the sifu aboit the style and he said it is northern shaolin.

The price is 65 euro a month which is pretty expensive. The "dojo" where he gives the lesson is also his house. It's open from 14:00 pm-21:00 pm,6 times a week and he is always there to do corrections when needed.

The wingchun classes are on thuesday and thuersday from 19:00-21:00 pm.I don't know yet about the price, will ask later. The dojo is bigger and has more equipement.

Right I am leaning towards wing chun because I think it suits me better.

I know that finding an authentic northern style sholin trainer is damn hard, but I also read somewhere that the sholin art is some of the more difficult to learn.

  6. If you wanna learn how to get laid properly search for venusian/mystery(Erik von markovic).

These guys know EVERYTHING from picking up girls on the street to models or hired guns(strippers or girls hired for attracting men, barkeepers, also)

I read a book of him a few years back and I still know some.

    It's basically all about

    1)opening

2)demonstrating higher value than the girl you wanna pickup and/or lowering the girl's value in the eyes of the group.

3)looking for an indication of interest

    4)closing phase

I think that was it.There is also "reframing",meaning that when you screwed up before how you change the girl's perspective about yourself.

These guys are even offering workshops, making a living out if it...

  7. Well I thought as much :),but I am wondering is traditional kung fu normally like this that you train the various forms in front of a mirror and the sifu corrects you when the need, but you never do any practical practice,I am not even talking about sparring here but rather body conditioning?

  8. I decided that I would pick up martial arts to compliment my spiritual practice(I know that it's normally the other way around but meditatoion came first,so...)

The thing is that 5 years ago I have been doing some kung fu but after a month I quit because it was individual training, the master would sometimes correct me but there wasn't any practical side to it.Then just know when I am about to pick up a martial art I find out that the same school that I was going before has moved a few weeks ago and that in the street next to me!

My country is very small but still I am living in a small village, the chance of that dojo coming right next mo was less than 1 percent.

Now about 10 minutes from me there is also a victor kan van tsun dojo.I watched some videos on youtube on wing chun training and I find it to be much more in my interest.(although I know that you never can tell the training in details from a few yvideos, but that jsn't the problem since I can ask for testing a lesson)

So now I am puzzled because I am a frim believer in destiny and to me it just seems that this can't be a coincidence or is it?

    What do you think?

Also I don't know the name of the kung fu they are teaching at the school next to me but I still now the 5 basic stances :

The first is a horse stance with either left or right hand in front of the forehead and the other doing a straight punch to the side and turning the head in the direction of the punch.

The second is a stance where you put either left or right foot in front, weight is resting on the front leg,the rear leg is straight, toes are pointed to side at an 45 degree angle,If the left leg in front then the the left arm makes a straight punch to the left looking in the direction of the punch and the other hand in the front of the forehead.

For the third one,one foot is pointed outward at an 45 degree angle, the other one is lifted,if the right leg is lifted, then right arm is put straight above and the left arm straight before the groin area, head is turned to side where the arm is down.

The fourth one is a stance where you put one leg in front, weigh resting on it,the knee of the rear leg is almost touching the ground, like when do a lunge,I don't remember the hand postitions for that one.

The last one is a crane stance, one leg is vertical to the floor weight resting on it,other one is straight, toes are parellel but straight,if the left leg is vertical, then the left hand is brought up in front of the body at eye level, fingers touching, the other arm is brought down behind fingers also touchin.

I am not 100% sure if crane stance is the 4 or the last as I can't remember clearly.

I wonder if anyore her can tell from these stances alone which kung fu style it is?

  9. For practices that increase confidence try tummo or any practices that strengthens groundind and/ir downward flow like any martial arts, sports or chi sinking.

Confidence is related to root and solarplexus chakra and grounding so any practices that strenghten these should also strengthen your confidence.

Although nothing gives as fast and profound results as facing situations head-on :)

  10. Dear Sifu Terry,

First let me thank me you for responding to my previous post in such a blunt way which actually made me read the thread from beginning to end(which took a few days) and made me reflect on myself.

However I no way ever intended(and never will) to change the FPCH system in any way.So when I practice I will do exactly do so as it's on the DVD's.I am still young and immature but I am sure as hell am not as dump to want modify 8000 year old cultivation practice. My feeling when I first tried vol 1 was actually that this couldn't have been invented by a human being and that I shouldn't mess with it.

Ok,so I have one question for you.

In a previous post you talked about buddhist meditaion on inner fire(tummo) and since my daily practice includes this I want to know if I can practice the 2 safely together.

I haven't been doing FP for a while but this thread has me made wanting to retry it.

    Sifu Garry,

I want to apologize to you because my post before may have been a little arrogant,I was in rather upset mood when I wrote it.

Then I want to ask about your Omei bak mei kungfu DVDs.The thing is that I have wanted to start a martial art for some time now and my question is will a beginner like me be able to do the forms correctly just from the DVD without a live teacher.

Also Sifu Terry said that one shouln't begin learning FP together with annother internal sytem at the same time but that you could start practing a martial art at the same time as you start FP practice so am I correct in thinking that I could without problems start learning the Omei bak mei kungfu at the same time as the FP as long as I only practice the kungfu and NOT the neigung form until the FP practice has been well etablished(one year?)

    Thanks,

    Josama

  11. I think you got me wrong warrior,I wanted to know if it's alright to do FP in the morning and KAP later in the day or vice versa,I don't plan to mix them Up they are still 2 seperate systems.

@Friend:exercising them seperate in different times the same day.

  12. I like the FP's Empahsis on the Tan Tien + the powerful clearing of shoulders, neck and chest where I have some though blockages,That's all.

Sorry like you figured I am still pretty new to this so why don't you clear me up?

Should one fully open the MCO before doing any of these practises so the higher energy can be handled?

I don't see why any internal mind/chi circualation shouldn't be mixed with external movement/chi circulation.

But if you know please tell me,I really wanna know.

    Thx,

    Josama

  13. Most drugs can really be either bad or good(I say most because there are some that are always bad) what's important is that you use them wisely.Used in the right situation it can be a life changing experience in a good sens altough used in the wrong situation it could also end really bad. What drugs do is enhance they may enhance your loving side, they may enhance your hateful side or any other subpersonnality of yours or they will enhance your mood.

What makes a different between a bad and a good experience is the people you take them with and the mood you are in prior to taking them.

Also when talking about depression you need to talk about 2 kinds. One is a feeling of emptiness feeling like your are only living for the sake of society and all the time your are just mentally tired,in this situation your body may have a chemical imbalance which could really be helped with the right meds, that is the kind of depression I had.

And then the other kind is being sad most of the time, most people may call this depression(doctors included) but it really isn't,when you are sad that's an emotion coming from one of your subpersonnalties. If you fall in the second categorir, well then your are lucky."All" you need to do then is find the reason of the emotion arising and resolving it.

  14. Killing yourself in real life is much more difficult then one would think really,I tried to 4 times so I know what I am talking about. When you have decided that your life has ended but then your suicide doesn't work that's a really bad feeling, having to live on the days after when your thought your life had ended but that is nothing compared to the guilt you experience when your family gets wind of your suicide.

Really it's no shame to go see a psychoterapeut and asking for antidrepressivia altough you may want to make sure first that your depression is really biologically related. There really are people that just get full blown depression out of nowhere cos there is some chemical imbalance in the brain, those people really do need meds but those are only like 10-20 % finding the right med is also very difficult.

My recommendation would be altough it may sound irresponsible that before you really want to kill someself trie some pot or ecstasy(mdma) for a change, the 4 suicides I had were all before I had taken drugs.Altough I ONLY recommend this For emergencies. And I ONLY recommend those 2,Alcohol is a depressant so that is a big no go as it will bring the worst of you to the surface.Pot will show Laughters that you couldn't have imagined in your wildest dreams and E,well E will open your heart E will show you Empathy and much more but E should be used moderately(not more then once a month),it's really not as harmful as the governement makes it out to be(it won't blast holes in your brain),see studies done by Dr David Nutt.

But don't forget what goes up must also come down altough I nearly never felt any depression due to pot only if you smoke every day for a few weeks will you experience a little depression afterwards, pot is really special.

From any other then those 2 I would stay away from.Altough some people may find LSD and other hallicunogs helpful, but really not recommended if you are mentally not stable.

I REALLY DON'T WANT ANYONE TAKING DRUGS,DRUGS WILL BE ALWAYS DRUGS AND SO THEY WILL ALWAYS LEAVE POTENTIAL FOR ADDICTION BUT SO DO OTHER THINGS TOO ,I HAD A 3 YEAR LONG COMPUTER ADDICTION(before the drug one) WHICH WAS MUCH WORSE THEN MY 2 YEAR LONG DRUG ADDIICTION.

BASICLY ALL I AM SAYING IS THAT ONE HAD RATHER TAKE DRUGS THAN BE DEAD.

But really since I have started meditation my mood has gotten much better I don't need any Antidepressivia anymore altough now I may have an Energy Addiction :D.

I find that sinking blockages under feet really gets me in a good mood after a time even more so then Kunlun so you could try that perhaps or try getting a girlfriend hell even a prostitute is nice sometimes or you want to attend a seminar perhaps?,seeing an awakened one may well bring your ultimate happiness. You see there are still many ways and they are all better than Death.

Edit: Don't you want to see how far you can go in your Study of Self don't you want to make this a better world?because You CAN.Imagine everybody on this planet being nice compassionate understanding, full of energy imagine people accepting the Manipulation of Chi,imagine all the poeople on the planet working together, awakening together, imagine people developping machines to ameliorate energy healing imagine people that thought had an uncurable disease be healed, imagine the joy on their faces that is all in the realm of possibility but we need YOU there must be sparks of fire first before the flame can begin to burn.

  15. "Now I have wised up and don't use it anymore and anyone wanting to open their 3 eye directly I can just say DON'T"

Josama, could you elaborate on this point? What do you mean directly?

You were hypnotised to open your third eye? That is nothing I have ever heard of, did you experience the rest of the lower chakra's to any extent before hand?

How do you know the hypnotist didn't just make you think your eye was opened and how do you know how much it is open etc?

How do you open/close/adjust it? Is it possible it could be your imagination?

Did you find the chakra / center beyond the third eye? What was it like?

Sorry for so many questions, I hope you will find time to answer them all, ty!

I wasn't hypontised directly but I used a very powerful hypnosis CD from Alexander Cain an german hypnotist.Actually the CD claims to activate the 6th sens which enables aura viewing it's also called like that.I had this CD already for a longer time and how I knew that it was really my third eye that opened because at about 4 weeks having listened daily to it I would begin to feel something at forehead which was difficult to ignore, at first I could only feel it in the trance state and some point in normal state,First it was only a dot but over time it got bigger an the feeling stronger.

After I had completely opened it I could only make it go on stand by but would suddenly open fully again when somebody with an somewhat open 3 eye was nearby(drugs apart from alcohol, tabac and coffein +\- a few others open the 3 eye to some degree and I know more than enough people who do drugs)

Well after I watched Paul Grilleys Chakra Theory Video I tried concentrating at the back the head wher the spine where the center should be located but that had too owerhelming of an effect. It was not until I wrote annother forum for help and somebody proposed imagin the 3 eye getting smaller and smaller until it closes my first thought was "hell how could that work" but it did.

Ok but now I will you tell exactly why you shouldn't open your 3 eye fully. When you begin concentrating on the 3 eye you will send energy there for it to open and thus you will be filling the upper tan tien with energy directly and the more you concentrate on the 3 eye the more energy you will store there thus creating imbalance, then at some point you will notice that your 3 eye no matter how long you concentrate on it won't open any wider anymore and that when you stop concentrating there that it will close again to some degree. That is a protection the body has put in place so you wont open the 3 eye fully and create a major imbalance(like me). Also this is only a theory of me but I think if you fill the upper tan tien for long time and you have a major block in the throat like me than keeps the Energy from sinking again so it will be trapped,it will sink again but much slower like going through a coffee filter.

However if you really want you may open your third eye to the degree that you can feel it consciously at all times however like I said before the 3 eye opens on it's own when you still your mind and the 3ye closing again on it's own is a sign that the body is rebalncing itself,so listen to your body it's knows what is right.I didn't and now I life a life which is not mine anymore.

  16. Hi Josama

First of all, congrats on kicking the habit and rapid progress.

Sounds like you have some real energy awareness. I think it would be safe to say that it's time to move that store of energy from the sacrum to the middle dantien/heart chakra.

Sitting with feet flat on the floor (possibly for grounding, but feel free to experiment with lotus position if you can do it, or standing; of course relaxed shoulders, straight back, ears above shoulders). Hold the palms together, thumbs touching, in prayer form over heart chakra/middle dantien, spread out the fingers like a lotus flower. Move the energy from the sacrum up to the dantien, up the 3rd chakra and then to the heart center where you will radiate generosity, love, care, compassion, and virtue.

I had the luck being able to feel the energy already before starting any energy work.My main practice is doing the water method in ijing,I really like that meditation pose, then I am doing the kunlun, during which I also practice the inner smile + a little tan tien meditation in half-lotus(can't do the full) and praying before going to bed that's my spiritual practice right now.I figured that working on the heart may have some positive effects for rebalancing myself but the smile was my only means of doing so,so thx for that.

I have a question for you sir.

What makes you think that your opened your third eye? What was it like? What process/method did you fallow?

What do you mean exactly by closing your third eye?

If you can answer these questions, you should be able to answer your own.

    Please call me Josama :)

Serveral months before being able to open my 3rd eye fully I could already feel it significally ,but at some point if felt like it was half way open

an wouldn't open anymore at the time it had about 1cm I think. Then when I was in a trance it opened fully and that was when I had my first(and last until now) astral projection.

After awakening from the trance it went to half open again.Afterwards when I was able to consciensly fully open it I would get the golden sways already in a light trance.

I used a hypnosis CD from an german hypnotist to open 3 eye otherwise I wouldn't have been able 2.

Now I have wised up and don't use it anymore and anyone wanting to open their 3 eye directly I can just say DON'T. When you enter the toughtless state the 3 eye will open on it's own to some degree.

I know what you mean regarding this...when you open up energetically it's not fun sometimes. But it's just stuff that will eventually balance out, so don't worry...

Sometimes it helps to avoid certain types of people (if possible), just to maintain your serenity. Nothing wrong with that.

In Jerry Alan Johnson's books (I think the exorcism manual), it suggests to look into the person's left eye (when you're looking at them the one on the right side), if you feel uncomfortable around them. You can also cross your hands at your navel, and cross your legs (ways of closing off your energy from them).

You can try smiling from the heart...watch more comedy movies and get into that happy mood. If it's hard to do that, physically put a smile on your face and feel whatever subtle change there is.

If those suggestions help you be more comfortable and social, then keep them...if not, then they aren't worth keeping of course.

Seems Kunlun is helping this. That practice works in mysterious ways!...but if you start getting bad effects from anything, then back off. Another thing you can do is walking, that may help with the root chakra. Walking is my favorite form of qigong! Or martial arts of some kind, as long as it's not too aggressive.

I find it funny that you brought that up with eyes I actually noticed that when looking at myself at the mirror altough I thought that was due to being onesighted(cos one eye is more strained) and I have the habitude to look people in the left eye.

Most of time I am in a happy mood since starting meditation and I watch comedie shows all the time.

And I tried walking barefooted in the forest which only helped a little, too, that would have been a 4 on a scale from 1-10 where practicing the water method is a 6.

  17. I copied this over from the lobby which I wrote yesterday please excuse me if it's chaoticly written, bascically it's a summary of everything relevant that happened in the past 3 months and I just wrote it like it popped up in my mind.

Hi I am from Luxembourg and 21 years old. I just got recently into meditation(about 6 months) after having gone through two years of drug abuse.First I started normal chakra meditation mainly on the 3 eye and was even able to open it but I think that was mainly due to the antidrepessants I was still taking at the time.

However since then(3 months ago) nothing has been like before again, although I was able to close my 3 eye again I have thrown my body into a major chakra imbalance I can't seem to recover from, all the time I see one type of aura, the one that is like fog, that people spread into the air and now I feel when a spirit is in my room and I see slight contures although that I find is the least troublesome. When I watch inside me it's like I don't seem to have any root chakra anymore, where before it was about 5 cm,now it's only about like a finger width.

When I talk to people I have problems looking people into the eye cause a dark side of me wants to attack the person I am talking with I know it's simply a protection but it ruins my social life.

Okay so 3 months ago after learning of the MCO and practicing a little I noticed that this makes it worse and about at the same time I found B.K Frantzis Water Method which actually helps a little. And one time even I was able to sink one from blockage at heart level and for a few seconds I was normal again but the blockage returned right away and so I thought there is perhaps a blockage above which keeps it from sinking and so I tried sinking the big one in my throat but then I would feel the inside of my head go soft also and I would get angry like never before(I am never angry altough I was as kid) and so I decided to let the throat be for the moment.Since I just stopped my 10 years of smoking I figured that that would already have it's own purpose.

One time I felt heat at the back of my head and even vibrations that was when I was still doing the MCO altough I didn't concentrate there. Then having read about Kunlun on here I decided to add it to my daily practice(2 weeks ago) and since doing so my Killer Intent seems to have lessened,it doesn't pop up quite as often anymore.I also started noticing vibrations in my sacral, solar plexus and heart chakra, altough I think that is normal? And quite often I will feel my crown getting watery that feels rater bizarre.

Please if anyone knows how I can rebalance myself(and no chakra balancing sounds don't help nor does grounding) and I am doing sports everyday I already stopped meditation and only focused on sport but it got a little worse since I lost the mental clarity I get through it.

I am sorry if it's a written in a chaotic sense since am in imbalance I have memory problems I really can't seem to remember things all to well anymore, the memories came along when I started writing but I lost my ability to remember in one picture which always got me full points on free writing and I lost some of my visual imagination altough I found that is only the case with eyes closed.
