      I wish I could go to sleep and wake up on May day again, just to re experience that again, I guess it's meant to be a bittersweet memory. Pops you are my hero. You set my standards high and made hard work look easy, I hope to be like you dad. I will see you again and you will never ever be forgotten.

  17. directed here by way of a fellow kung fu brother. i am living proof of the benefits of qigong. i am interested in contributing my own personal experience in dealing with liver ailments through qigong and baguazhang. I have studied Wing Chun, five animals and am currently a newbie (one year in) to baguazhang.

  19. Bu Fa - Stepping Method: If you wish to move the extrmeities, the root must move first. Quick hands are inferior to agile stepping. Turning, moving, entering, yeilding only require half a step. The outer boundary is peaceful, the whole form changes.
