  1. Who Am I?! I Am Who!

You're right gnowledge is the correct word as found here (http://www.soulprogress.com/html/Glossary/GnowledgeGlossary.html). Vmarco, maybe you have written about this elsewhere - what has been your experience in unobscuring these 3 barycenters if you don't mind sharing =)
  2. Gluten and Neurological Diseases (+ Other)

hehe yes lactose is a problem for me too! That food pyramid needs revision if you ask me, something like this.. I'll say something about my ayahuasca experience. I had no visions, no vomiting. The DMT went to work in my pineal gland and for a few hours I felt a connection to something ancient and eternal. Whilst listening to the songs and whistling of the shaman I felt as though I was them, reminding myself of the simplicity and childlike nature of my being. We were asked to set an intention before taking, I asked to "cleanse the body to open the heart", and thats pretty much what happened.
  3. Gluten and Neurological Diseases (+ Other)

I find this very interesting. I've had stomach troubles most of my life but have only in the last few years started eliminating wheat and gluten containing products. The difference is amazing; easier bowel movements, no cramps and more energy. I was diagnosed as being schizophrenic which I believe is related to a candida infection I unknowingly had during my teenage years (possibly due to too much wheat consumption). I tried many things to get rid of it, one of them being NMT (NeuroModulation Technique) a holistic allergy ridding modality which did rid me of symptoms but they came back after a few days. The only thing that really worked was ayahuasca. It cleaned out my internals and relieved me of bloating, nausea and a general feeling of illness. This was last year, unfortunately the bloating has since returned but is not as pronounced. I'm confident that a few more sessions will get rid of it completely. Sticking to a diet rich in vegetables is the way to go.
  4. Who Am I?! I Am Who!

Nisargadatta said “Wisdom is knowing I am nothing, Love is knowing I am everything, and between the two my life moves.” Direct knowledge of the nothingness can (in my experience) be witnessed by the pineal gland, whereas truth as love can be experienced by the heart. Your individual body/thoughts/sensations (in other words your current experience) appear on top of who you are. These experiences come and go for your enjoyment, but you stay. A good analogy is your life is a movie, you are the screen =)
  5. Digestive Problems

I used to have heaps of stomach troubles, what fixed me up was abdominal massages such as chi nei tsang and mayan abdominal massage

  7. The Flyers

While under the influence of a large dosage of shrooms, I experienced an expanded awareness like a knowing that permeated through my third eye. I became super aware of my surroundings and could hear even far away noises as being close by. I felt a bit nauseous so I was kneeling by the toilet in case I had to puke. Quite suddenly I was overcome by what felt like waves of heightened consciousness which lasted around 30 seconds and ended abruptly with a feeling I can only describe as death in comparison (i.e the absence of that heightened awareness). This went on for over a dozen cycles of death and rebirth. It felt l was experiencing a lifetime in an extremely short amount of time. I pleaded for the trip to stop as it felt like I was literally dying each time. The part that may relate to these 'flyers' as you call them is that while this was happening the realization that crossed my mind was that I was like an animal in a barn being farmed every time my awareness grew, then I would fall asleep again and it would happen again. Those that harvested my consciousness knew the right time to appear and claim their food. Of course whatever I experienced could all just be passed off as a paranoid trip, just thought it was worth a mention as it left a lasting impression on me. Other thoughts/realizations that crossed my mind while under the influence were that those on top of society are complete animals, that many of us are kept asleep energetically by performing the same actions over and over, and that the common everyday thoughts we have are waste compared to the truth we can experience in our bodies
