How would you visualize chi? I visualize chi as white light. From what I read there is a man who can charge a car battery + mco + kundalini using white light visualization.

The only kind of qigong demo I find believable (though I'm still a bit skeptical).

 

He even demonstrated it with his petite wife at the end of the video.

I read somewhere Mr Parker competed in UFC competetion and they could not get a armlock on him (unbendable arm). Theres a video of him in the fight. He loses by lapel choke though. The video seems to be deleted off the internet.
