Hi Bubbles, Just for your info, Joel Rizzo is friends on my FB, I dont have anything personal just suilum that comes across from that camp or makes out to be. But I think ive worked out how suilum is and if it is this person I will be very disappointed and that will be the end of a friendship and other stuff. All my post have been directed at telling all that Sifu Terrys DVDs are the real deal and the professionalism and his performance given in the DVDs are very top notch. I have some personal stories from GMDW on certain people within BFP and ill keep that to myself, but I will say I dont like the miscredit to Sifu Terrys DVD on FP when he was the 1st to release the foundation and lay the way for GMDW secret system. I dont like people riding on his coattail that wont give him the respect or credit and i will stand up and say what is the truth. When someone PM me I am honest and if the person is asking about BFP information on other BFP websites I rather they just go learn with them I have no time to say mine is better or worse just go do theirs and be done with it. Love it, keep them coming please, also GMDW has said many of time on his DVDs on FP that people should BUY Terry Dunns if they are serious and want to learn the full system rather than basically jumping a head. Funny these clowns that sell GMDW cant perform a single set properly for some unknown reason and understand the basics of power, body posture, timing, and definitely lack stances. Still waiting for you to put up a demo of your fu really be best that you do and if its good ill be honest and say yeah or nah, but rather shoot your mouth off and say I have no knowledge and you only use information that is on the GMDW DVDS as your only knowledge cause YES GMDW has given me many of his DVDs made especially to the Rizzo's site and I know what is on them and I also have the information that is on La rochelles site so YES I know what is on these DVDS. I asure you my DVDs isnt just following me without any information and just give a breath percentage without any description of what , how and where to breath. My DVDs are very deep in knowledge and I speak from the heart, my releasing of such information was from Sifu himself and what to put out before he was sick and im doing it and it looks like your not getting the sales or students that you used to. SAD? I continually study and research, teach my informations and I think you need to really start practicing and showing us that your not just another person that sits and buys DVDs and tries to give information that is lacking! peace and love lol Sifu Garry

FP Healing will not fix dislocations, snapped protruding bones, so this is why I post, Daoist Monk Fung Do Duk according to legend travelled around healing people NOT just with energy but many types of chinese therapies. FP and even my Sunn Yee Gong comes with herbal formulas as well I was taught other things for healing as part of a whole in SYG. I speak with Sifu Terry on skype offen and we exchange many things, training methods, chi theories, healing, and let me say that not only as a kung fu brother to sifu terrry, but he knows his FP like the back of his hand. I wouldnt buy FP or learn FP from anyone else period especially suilums group who ever he is with PERIOD!! Its a shame he has come on here to totally hijack this thread once again and it looks like he is just trying to take students or business away from my brother. You claim that FP is all for healing but GMDW uses dit dat, TCM, Tui Na, and many other folk remedies to cure people, try putting a dislocated hip back in with just your chi and ill be convinced. Oh let me guess, the energy healing works only on certain things of course??? Meh... FP also has formulas for health and healing, meh

Thanks Steve, Great that you enjoying Sifu Terry's FP qi kung, people think that level 2,3 are always higher but IMHO any of level 1 or any systems basics or foundation are high level its how deep you can go with it. I said it once and Ill say it again, you need to start and learn the foundation which is still advance meditations of Sifu Terry Dunns series. If these are higher level and one doesnt need to learn the foundation why the hell would they have been created in the 1st place?

BaguaKid, Thanks got your email, seems to share the same hand postures and percentages, but looks like they have no idea of the Gung they are learning who ever sent it to you? 1) chi cultivation and mental clarity comes with any practice anyway, 2) no idea of the name of the gung 3) there are stages in each level of attainment 4) healing exercises and herbs to take 5) what each posture does energetically for the body dan tian/s, energy points that are to awaken etc much more. Kind of like what Hazelmania posted of Lacy mix matching different systems to lay a foundation, like isnt 72 Bak Fu Sunn Yee Gungs enough in a System? Friend, Nice work on the breathing, you may not feel any difference but the amount of energy (air ) you bringing into the body is doing your body good believe that. Dont expect or want things, if the SYG resonates with you, you do it cause you love to do it, if it makes u feel good that is most important. I didnt share this system hoping people want some type of mystical power but to only gain good health through the healing energy and exercises. regards Sifu Garry

@Hazel, I dont know I havent seen those meditations! Yes many things happen and these are healing meditations, auras, visions, OBE all have happened to me since learning them, dont try and compare john chang mo pai with ever single system not good. @ Bagua, send me the info again bro?

Can you send it again, I cant remember what it looked like? There is 18 seated meditations in the seated not 14 and no lying meditations in the SYG.

Well done White Tiger Sage, great to your dedication and documenting your progress this is how one learns and see's how far you have come when you read over it from the beginning. SYG History - According to GMDW the Sunn Yee Gong was the original practice of Bak Fu Pai's Internal Cultivation for healing ,health and longevity. I dont know if FP came after this as Daoist Monk Fung Do Duk did have his vision of the goddess teaching him that system so maybe after, dont quote me on that and both completely different systems and both are powerful. Anyway the 72 levels are created for people to understand in stillness there is movement (seated static) and standing static, and then the moving standing meds teach you to move but remain stillness inside. Each level is said to build upon itself and when finished have the internal knowledge of healing yourself and others, you should be able to feel and sense your own and other energy by touch or distance, see peoples energy and other weird wonderful things. But through my experience this seems to be true! The most important thing is to be able to be free of illness no matter what and enjoy what you practice. For me the SYG relaxes and centres me, I always feel good after I do my practice and I as well the people that I treat either massage, energy work always walk out with a smile and a big thankyou and that is what makes me happy. There is plenty of good methods you gotta resonate with the one that suits or connects to you, this system maybe not for all as its a very deep practice that takes years if you want to complete it!
