  1. Firstly I choose a main system where I work regulary, daily. Second I choose a project to gain understanding from that piece and use that piece to gain or get rid something with it and at least gain an insight for the main system. From time to time one get intoxicated and do this from pure joy as things unfold. If I tell you that I practise 8 different system with one practise..... and some practise is embedded in daily life? One learn a practise then one master one and then one really start to practise the system. At time a main practise stops. First one learn forms and then it becomes formless when one understand that form is a tool and gain the principles and evaluates one life. Mostly one choose something for a purpose and if it is satiesfied to a degree one let go to choose a new purpose when one see "a chance". People change with time, warriors stop to fight and seek internal methods. Health has been gained and now one seek what to do with it. As well : Do one still like the system? Do you really want to master the system? In my years of practise, to practise becomes more important than to archive something like mastery, powers, immortality, enlightment. In the end I see is going to one practise as the chasing , the spiritual materialism and spritual egoism change and mature. In the end when the seeking stops one find home and peace is starting to cultivate itself.

(No back pain because of disolving of rotations and folding forward but pull down ribcage, seriously more than 1 finger) Actually if the TA is the cause to pull the ribcage down - then logical the ribcage has to be hindered to pull into direction where it is stretched else the ribcage is pulled to the TA. Second the chronic contraction of the TA has to be stopped. Stretching is ok and elongation also stopping it the chronic tension reaction is one of the key.   7. Filling up the lower Dan Tien- How and Why

    I want to elaborate this for Dawei from my expirience with Shield. It is that the Shield is command and then this Shield is there and stays there. In Visualisation the visualisation stays as long one imagine the mental construct by constantly pouring attention energy to recreate the inner mental picture every moment as the picture maintain as long it is imagined. As well the picture look as one imagined, maybe blurry and lacking but as one think. When one set intent and one do visualize -since when one set intent for a purple bubble one think and visualize automatic a purble bubble- but a second picture is overrule the imagined picture which look slightly different and change and maintain stable. It might grow or shrink or is brighter. The picture is not acting to ones expectation. When one imagine over this "manifestation" it will erase the visualisation and this feels not well when one interfere the manifestation. One can easily do something else and it stays there. When one get indulged in thought one loose the attention as one do not think of a leg but a short attention and it is there and a little more attention and the leg feels more alive. I do know by instinctic that it is there and was there when I remember that is there asking me why to put shields up when it is already there. There are things I know that get inactive and prayers are reactivating and act similar as a manifestation but in this lineage it stays there. Same as healing work over month and still working. While the visualisation stops when one stop thinking, so since in the Stillnessmovement one is stopping the selfdialogue and indulge in thought it would typical if it is a visualisation stop it- but it isnt stop and at times can be seen without even thought about.

    Sometimes we are like the frog in the well talking big and assuming much and some events come make us understand that things are not as we believe and think making us understand about the certainity in life and.... realize the fault(?)- reorganize the view on the world in these situation. Trancending the view and awareness about the wonders of other possibility. I think we also need the critical view on the negative effects of humble which is used to control people and tell them what they deserve and how the have to be and consequence happens if they are not humble. The question is when is humbleness ok or not ok in your mind? Why do some react positve while other negative on humbleness? Was there a time when this happend to cause this judgement? Was there a piece of information, a sentence which had guide you to the opinion?

  18. What has been your most humbling experience?

    I have trouble with my father one metaphysical side. From my seeing I was less impressed as he has less than others. I had then get a cleansing bath for him as he like to be lucky. I have seen the light expands around him and I was in awe someone hidden behind all this. This light emission is for normal people when I see around handwide but it expands several meters. I thought "Man, one can not judge a book from its covers, but to confuse the the cover with the dust that covers the cover is a bit embrassing." Some people choose to be normal person despite their talent.
  19. You mean to use the purpose of the Ren and Du as storage of extra energy and/ or to open the path the MCO which would redirect the energy from the external movements? Actually one wants the system become free and the engage of the mind is making the process less fast. Qi is actually is faster than commentary mind. When one read a text and repeat the words loud in the head the eyes will focus on the words while without one can run over the line, grasping the meaning but not eventually remember the word. There is a way to internalize the external movement. It is halfway to control the outside and allow more on the inside. This will help in general all system internal to unfold. Also one can use the mind to set impulse and Zifa is also reacting on calming intent. I found it is good to let the external movements does what is does as things will and do regulate itself. The good thing is one actually let the things happen as they should. One of my teacher said that that MCO is something he not teached until he found that it seems to benifit the health and the progress of practise. Prior this he teached only the Macrocosmicorbit. In Stillnessmovement all Orbits are open at the same time without involvement of mind control. Actually in this art one can take it easy.
  20. What you expirience is ordinary Zifa Gong. Ordinary Zifa Gong is re-adjusting and base for releasing impulses. With further practise the Zifa Gong will and should get less else you need to look if you supress movements or emotion because you are strive to an ideal behaviour out of believe. This whenever for example the believe strife to have to be friendly to others while one internal in real is jealous, in fury or otherwise. This impulse remain as it was just surpressed build up a blockage. Whenever one allow and is relaxed the body will try to get rid of them. Mostly this happen in sleep where one move a lot around without knowing. In practise of stationary exercise the Zifa is sealed to build up pressure mostly rely one pulsation of heart, of breathing and the energy. When the settings are right the internal movement is breaking through the blockage causing external movement as re-adjustment. Zifa can also caused by movement when it is used like when one sitting on a swing. In the right moment one add motion and then not do anything. In your case is whatever occurs is not of any importance to give much attention. The important point is that they had happen and the movements are not been surpressed and neither do one want this to happen and the safety of your body is ensured. Things are so that the system need to be cleared out and free to flow has to be established. Something that has no resistance can not been moved as there is no substance. One has the flow still inside when one practise. For yourself you can say that you grasp with your inner wisdom the exercise but at the same time to you not be attached to the happening of spontaneus reaction. A small advice as I am being only a student in this arts is to exercise until the reaction is gone for the session with a period of stillness. Closing is very important as Snowmonki already told and this varies with the system. A very easy method is to stand neutral and tell yourself that the exercise is done for now and relax and slowly getting aware of the surrounding. Else for closing martial arts have the same. Look for the closing in Tai Chi or in Wing Chun (not often the clothing is clear but from the fist at the side of the chest having a pushing motion down.) Other Qigong have placing their hand on the dantien and relax for moments on it. Others are rubbing the the area. As for Stillnessmovement it is its own lineage. It provides sort of Qi is calling Light which is huge amount one can work with. Which is more clear when one do the Gift of Tao where one emphasize on external work on external Qi and the closing is getting back back from the enviroment by the motion "Salute to Master Wang" as the expansion may lead to feeling a bit cold if not closed (such for me). It is the reason of this huge amount of energy that this system work fast beside of the quality of the Light which itself is raise its vibration (so I expirience it as the quality of Qi changes with increase time of effort in practise) which hit the blockages more obviously in the beginning. It is to remember that the subtle energy is greater in amount than in normal Qigong so it is neither hindered by time and space, the rhythm between heaven and earth. In practise the subtle energyfield expands because of its nature to sizes other systems can not comprehend. Deep into earth and high up to the sky. It is not limited on the physical body to touch natural ground (but well all measurement are adding to the success) neither one has to avoid adult activity, strong winds and thunder, practise at specific time, direction or food but well it fills Qigong where one has not receive a lineage for. There is another element in Stillnessmovement as an lineage. There is an transmission of energetic based information which acorrding of the lineage result after end of the period of chaotic movements leads to spontaneus but movements with order. Here the body is start to cultivate to the goal the lineage is made for by following the route based on the energy information. Without the information one is thrown back to the period of the beginnings when Zifa was found by standing in the natural stance the Wu Chi Posture. From here everything could happen after the chaotic movements and mistakes can happen. The transmission of a system has an auto-adjustment and navigator system to avoid mistakes. Receiving the lineage is like receiving all the energy memory for the system from the ancestors of the lineage and is not on one own as a pioneer. The efforts are passed over. The ancestors created not the short cut but they have blueprint for more effictive vehicle. (In the past by foot, then horse, then cars and then airplanes.) Each generation of teachers are try to refine or at least past over as much to the next generation. At times the practise to maintain the quality and the effort to teach is so high that one can not technical teach many people to become successor but only for support in their present incarnation. (Therefor the 'Gift' as you called). This is the ordinary Zifa can not do. The ordinary Zifa is bound to the system which caused it and may start at zero like those who found the Zifa with nobody to explain it from your own system, figuring it out if their own understanding and experiments. Ordinary Zifa happens for average sensitive people only after periods of time in static exercise as Zhan Zhuang. While sensitive people are grasping it more easier as they surrender to the impulses instead of fighting. As well some system are avoid Zifa at all cost because their own energy signature is disrupted by Zifa as the goal is to build strong pressure which would be lost by Zifa. These mention systems also said to move slow after a practise, some said that a coating is around the body and one need a bit time after that it absorb into the body. Therefore other styles have other rules. -------

    You will cultivate different energies and different energy systems. There is a thing called cultivationenergy which is typical for the system it is as having a specific frequency and so have specific properties. It is part of the school, the energy of the teacher, the lineage and the form. For example I expirience superfical the difference of the Qi that is developed by system, one can use the intent and tune into this energy. At times there are huge amount like a sea and can heal but it protects for example not so good against cold. While the later one is covering and stop entering but projection would be nearly hands on and the cultivation takes year to create a pool to use. This knowledge alone make me not speak ill of other systems as they provide treasure to learn about and from. And some forms serve as tool and can be use to make whatever Qi to run. Beside this neutral sort of Qi that is inherit in all systems are always execise with, this is even when one do distance projection it is different than one is personal with the practioner of the arts. For a example even a layman can project qi and this is first little because he gives a part from him which is normally reserved for his own energy system but since it comes from there it is assimilated by the person. There are qigong which predigest qi in this manner before projecting, first have to fill their dantien and after projection have to refill and on mastery they can do this endless while producing more than projected. Also I found is if one practise is mastered - which is when the built up is complete and further practise is to grow in its capacity (mastering doesnt mean one is done, as one can refine and going deeper - then one can add another art. When one use another system which also in system establishing then energy is divided and one seem to not develop as one like. Some arts help each other and other a like planting another tree into the same ground sharing the nutrients and others are neutralizing or destroy the other. Some are altering the system while other unfolding the system. Some are clearing the system. I found that it is a bit difficult to cultivate different sort of Qi at the same time, manageable and timeconsuming, the more near they are the easier they are complimentary. Other thing is when one exercise one system and then have exercise in addition then one overwhelm the energybody with work. If you are not an experimentator you may like to stick to one system and forfeit additional system to gain advantage and exercise it few years to gain stability. and the awareness to see when the piece of the system is make into one own.

    Sigh Sigh Sigh too we here talk about the esoteric side of the Dantien. The materialist explaination is that there is no Dantien. It is only a vague describtion of the state of the physical body. The "filling of the Dantien" occurs by releasing the chronic tension in the pelvis area. The abdominal breathing are actually massaging this area so that gradually by deep breathing the tension is released and the blood can flow freely in the frozen muscles. The chronic tension is hindering the fascia the full range of movement and stopped by the area of tension. When the pelvis is gaining mobility the blood cause the inside to feel more warm and heat as the largest atery, the renal artery is less constricted by the the tension of the pelvis and can expand without restriction. As the mobility increase more one can feel the pelvis muscles more better and people desribe it as "rotation of the dantien". The physical body is released and as the chronic tension is gone is reduce its use of ATP energy by musclecontration. Since the centroit and the center of mass is around and below the navel area the pelvis tension is creating a shifting of both into a unnatural state which is drawn to the tension. The release of the tension will bring the body back into is original form which people call natural. The centroit and the center of mass are back in place for the physical body. The body is fluid in movement because of the lack of restriction at the core. Beside this the lower abdomen has brainsubstance which is known as the "second brain" which produce mainly the serotonin which regulates mood, appetite and sleep, memory and learning. A lack of serotonin can cause agression or depression. The work on the so called "dantien" is stimulating "the second brain". The inner organs of the abdomen are more moved by the release of the pelvis. Later when the pelvis is mobile the practise of a yoga posture known as "Full lotus" is used to have pelvis in a position which allow greater movement than the crosslegged sitting. Between this after having gained or regained the mobility or even increased the mobility of the pelvis the "reverse breathing" is used to strengthen the pelvis which cause the "lifting of the perineum". One has to be very gentle in movement in the practise of reverse breathing as the use of too much force may cause chronic tensions which cost time and effort to release them again. The effort one gain with this practise is the "inner power" to use the trained pelvis which is superior to the frozen pelvis either in strength and in in mobility. As force is measured by how soft the muscles was and how strong the contraction. The greater the difference between the relaxed state and contracted state the stronger the "inner power" can be generated. So the Dantien does not exist in the physical world but is an old concept from people of the past were not able explain the anatomical and biochemial process which happen happen in the lower abdomen of the physical body. Then there are the definition of the esoteric practise of the Dantien....... ROFL

    Someone who know its stuff, This is very good information. I have get this concept practical by sinking the breath, the breathing and energy. The breath can only go as far as the lungs and into the blood flow. The breathing is different and penetrate down to the feet while pooling in the lower Dantien. The energy it tends to follow the breath but seem at the same time not matching the breath and move on own speed in and out like a fluid. When the Qi is sinked for the path it follows with the breath the body is shaken and the body is like a christmas tree lighting up! At this time the Qi is really sink into the dantien and gather there. After that I think Lower Dantien work based on destillation from Air can be considered. Else I find it empty work with little amount. Good method is the first sitting exercise from Hsin Tao and the dissolving by B.K.Frantzis to reach this.
  24. Actually Martial Artist are also trained to focus and calm their emotional state. The stronger their presence the more difficult to use tricks on them. On own students it works good because of nimbus and the expectation of the student. In Martial Arts if one get ever punished by the teacher and there is demonstration of a technique and one remember the punishment one will concious and or unconcious sabotage oneself to release on the slightest feeling of force from the teacher. Things are at times a head thing where one just tell that this guy can do nothing and after the beat up find out he is 5Dan and Champion.
