  1. Thanks for the informative reply Scotty and i understand that they are to compliment practical teachings and transmissions.

The reason that i asked this question is twofold: I am personally learning the inner teachings with a teacher (Universal Tao) and also studying the subject at University and thus have a book allowance that needs to be utilized.

Any more suggestions would be appreciated.

  2. Hi RV

    Thanks for Asking.

I Have spent the last 4 months attending the workshops in London and have completed the first 4 steps - Inner Smile, Healing Sounds, MCO, Iron Shirt Qigong, Tai chi Qi gong, Fusion and Kan and Li practices. It's been one hell of a ride and i've loved every minute of it. It was a lot of knowledge to take on board in such a short amount of time but i have a lot of time now to digest and practice all i have learned. I have been doing morning sessions for the last 4 months and have really noticed a change in myself and my energy levels and internal strength. I have also become more aware of the flow of energy and how it moves through me and around me. I also feel more centred and grounded.

I am now in the process of applying for more funding to study the Shamanic aspects of the course, Step 5 which begins in January - May 2011.

I think i've begun a journey that may never end?

  3. Hi

When i have a cold i drink lots of water. Hot organic lemons and ginger. Raw crushed garlic and several grams of Ester-C.

I'll practice Zhan Zhuang for 30 mins in the morning wearing plenty of layers and that'll leave me sweating profusely.

I also take Saunas, drinking plenty more water to flush the body of toxins. Take it easy and rest a little, read and generally enjoy the downtime. Usually gone in a couple of days.

    A-CHOO!

  4. Hi there,

Anybody know where i can buy cheap steel hitters or rattan hitters (meridian energisers) in the Uk for Bone Marrow Nei Gung?

Or can anyone suggest cost effective alternatives or something that i can construct myself that would do the job?

    Thanks in Advance

  5. "To keep my post at least semi-"on-topic", let me say that I find the serpentine allusions in early Mesopotanian religion and Zoroastrianism to be helpful in studying the parallels in the Abrahamic faiths of Judaism & Christianity."

    LMAO :D
