I am a new member of the forum.
I have practiced different kind of spiritual techniques for about 18 years. The last 4 or 5 in the Chinese world...
I have mainly studied with a Chinese teacher (who is also a good healer) different kind of DONG GONG (including TAIJIQUAN) and NEI GONG techniques, especially oriented in the field of "Preserving the Life" (YANG SHENG).
I consider myself a beginner and I will consider this also after another 18 years of study and practice perhaps
I am especially interested in NEIDAN.
I have received some basic steps from "establishing the foundation" (ZHUJI) in a very well known school, but I don't want to discuss this here and now yet, because there are many other more advanced practicioners here, from whom I intend to learn.
