Lot of different ways to approach any cultivation style. I mentioned above how to find the Bodri pdf. Today i was thinking of how i could use Da Mo's Cave meditation (Path Notes by Glenn Morris) to create a doorway into the bones or using the Uruz rune to cleanse the system could be fun. All potential options if you like to play...for more traditional methods Bodri and Taoist Bone Breathing are options. The methods i use nowadays are my own and not shareable. Mantak Chia did some early books on Bone Breathing....which i have not read.....and nowadays am loathe to trust anything by him. The most powerful forms? Don't know...that's probably the least important part when it comes to getting results with cultivation. Sincerity and the intensity of one's training is a much greater determining factor on gains made. Were often our greatest enemy. Give the greatest cultivation methods in the world to an insincere student....they'll treat it like trash....give average methods to a completely sincere person...they'll become a Buddha.

What you should do...not gonna say. What i would do.....go into quarantine, start water fasting and then do internal work as long as possible till my energy is fried. Rinse and repeat.

This period of Quarantine, is a great time to go into retreat. With nothing to do, start doing your internal training all day long. Go full hermit mode.

Awesome. This kind of opportunity does not happen too often. While the whole society shuts down....play in the Qi as much as possible. Most internal work also boosts the immune system.

In the last few years i've been having a lot of fun reading Wuxia Novels (Chinese Martial Arts Fantasy). My favorite novel is Martial Peak, it's basically about Martial Arts, Cultivation and navigating a ruthless, bloody and tyrannical social system (only the strong survive kind of atmosphere). It's a fun read and also has taught me a bit about Chinese culture (Scheming, Face, Societal roles....etc). Highly recommend for those whom enjoy cultivation and the warrior path. Maybe.....wouldn't worry about it. In all civilizations there are political schemes going on behind the scenes. Kings, their courts, Clergy and any part of society that has there hand on a lever of power. People are always trying to push things in there direction.....the game never stops. Focus on cultivation. Put your energy into areas that you have control over. The more you try to stretch your influence outside of your own sphere.....the less control you have. Begin with learning to control yourself....don't get bogged down in the bullshit.

I would personally stay away from Mantak Chia's discourses and techniques in the field of dual cultivation. On a deeper level....Taoism is a Water Tradition.....when you cultivate Water energy you 'll naturally come to understand how to flow with sexual energy. I would refrain from being overly Judgmental on any topic.....as you cultivate, your understanding will evolve. Looking back on some posts i made from years ago.....i can only hang my head and sigh.....relax and keep doing your daily practice. Conserving ones energy is great (whether it be sexual, physical, emotional, mental....etc). If there is a sphere of your life that is chaotic and draining you....naturally this merits attention. One of the goals of basic emptiness meditation is get control of mental energy for a variety of reasons. Every sphere needs to be adjusted for optimal effect if you want have the most fuel to push you forward. Sexual energy can be quite "Wild"....so it's even more important to have good methods to handle this area properly. This has been talked about a great deal on the forum.

KAP has solid techniques. Secret Smile, MCO, Chi Sweeps....etc. Those can take you quite far. I don't really teach or anything like that but can give you a push in the right direction if interested. Send me a PM.

Get the appropriate "food" (water, candle flame, honey, mantra....etc.....different spirits like different things) and say a prayer offering the substance to the spirit. The practice of spirit offerings is common to most religions (Buddhism, Taoism, Paganism....etc) People whom do ancestor worship often have a dedicated shrines in there house. Nature spirits you might just want to have a dedicated space outside. Many different fun and powerful Female Deities in Asian cultures. -Kuan Yin -Tara -Kali -He Xiangu (1 of the 8 Taoist Immortals) -Izanami There are so many powers out there Heartbreak....feminine, masculine and non-dual. Research....there are many different ways of connecting and developing relationships with said deities. Mantric practice, Offerings (etc)....these are all well known approaches.

There are many things that contribute to level of income. 1. Having a skill set that society values 2. Good financial management practices 3. Drive (closely related to Sexual energy, being drained does not help)

Many roads there are....people are different and as a result gravitate towards different systems. If your getting the results you want from the method your applying....then there's no reason to even speculate about other teachings. Alchemy is it's own approach...obviously you haven't studied it to any great degree. So to answer your question...there is no reason for you to practice Alchemy....unless you feel drawn to do so. Stick to what resonates.

I would advise against it.....don't make up shit. Get a time tested method and cultivate diligently. As you have your own experiences and deepen your knowledge about how the "system" works...then you can start to fuck around without killing yourself.

I've been listening to this guy Thorne's videos for a bit. He talked a bit about how the spirits from his book Shadownomicon are affiliated with Vampirism...though they are difficult to work with (Intermediate and Advanced practitioners only). You may want to check it out for insights into that sphere.

Nothing outrageous about meditation or chi kung.....its actually quite boring....to most. Martial Arts is much more fun.....but the internal aspects are still pretty boring.

Intent is the key. Tune your desires to Love. If your intent is unbalanced, then the dynamics in lovemaking will become screwed....whether its casual or a committed relationship.

Opinions always vary, perhaps a Taoist scholar will chime in. Masculine Core and Feminine Core energies are something I picked up from reading Way of the Superior by David Deida. For either of the sexes looking to increasing there attractiveness and connection to Truth and Love....they are good areas to investigate. Such facets provide many benefits to romance.
