Some amazing things have been happening with Sifu Jenny. She now does healings for people, group healings in the seminar and private healings can be scheduled as well. Sifu Jenny will not be teaching many seminars so, this is a great opportunity for those who are serious about studying with her. Eastern Internal Arts Institute and Sifu Jenny Lamb Presents 自動調整功: Spontaneous Adjustment Qigong for Self-Healing SPACE IS LIMITED TO 20 PEOPLE ONLY AS Sifu Jenny LAMB IS DEDICATED TO GIVING EACH PERSON INDIVIDUAL ATTENTION AS NEEDED. Thank you Spontaneous Adjustment Qigong (Zi Dong Tiao Zheng Gong, 自動調整功) is a Taoist practice of exploration of body, mind and spirit. To know the body, you will experience four elements associated with the body, that is earth (solidity - muscle, bones, tendons, etc), water (liquid - blood, lymph, etc), fire (heat - temperature), and wind or air (movement – breath, Qi) and how to keep them in balance by awakening your self-healing system. Adjustment Qigong is spontaneous, formless and supports the spiritual development of one's great potential. The 1-1/2 hour lecture on Friday will impart a deep understanding of subtle body dynamics drawing upon Chinese cosmology, medicine and philosophy. This will include discussion of body channels, yin-yang theory, one's relationship with nature, five emotions (sadness, anger, fear, joy, worry), the interrelationship between qi and blood, and treatment using proper diet. The two day seminar consists of guided experiential exercises combined with spontaneous movement techniques, acupoint opening and meditation. There will be brief theoretical explanations and matters of importance will be pointed out. There will be time for answering questions, discussion and sharing of everyone's practice results. The techniques include body examination, awareness improvement, body aligning, removing blockages, blood and energy level improvement. Through direct experience the student will gain a greater understanding of their body system and obtain greater trust and faith in oneself and one's own natural healing. 3. Jenny LambMay 5, 2010 at 10:28am Subject: Looking for your support Dear All Members, I am very happy to see Mike from Sequent, Inc. (http://www.facebook....quent-tech.com/) offers a place to hold our fund-raising seminar. This is a great resonance with our intention. His unselfish action demonstrates our common interest of supporting world peace starting with oneself. I would like to ask all of you in same good manner to offer what you can to support Stupa project for world peace (http://www.facebook....bodhivastu.org/). Whether is $10 or less, or merely pass on the information to others is your great contribution. Sincerely yours, Jenny Fundraising Yigong Seminar for World Peace Stupa Project (www.bodhivastu.org/ ) Presented by Sifu Jenny Lamb Date: June, 11-13th Lecture: Friday 7:30-9:00pm, Seminar: Saturday & Sunday 9:00-12:00noon & 1:00-4:00pm Location: Sequent, Inc. 158 Morris Street, Morristown, NJ 07960 www.sequent-tech.com Cost: $300/per person for the Seminar with free lecture. Lecture only: $20/per person I am inviting you all to join me to walk together on the path toward world peace. Supporting the Bodhivastu Stupa project is a good way to start. The reason I'm supporting this project is not because the stupa will be a significant monument that symbolizes world peace, nor because it is going to be built in the United States, nor because of who is leading the project, nor to fulfill any prophecy, but simply because building world peace has to start within. Our effort is not aimed at donating some money in order to complete the outer form, claim a name for ourselves, establish a wealthy return, or plant a seed of good Karma for future life, but to merely attempt to undertake our journey in building this stupa within. How can we do that? By starting to change ourselves in action. Of the Buddha's teaching of six perfections, generosity is the first (the rest are morality, patience, effort, meditation, and wisdom). Let us shape the world by shaping ourselves into selfless people. Reducing self-concern helps to open up one's heart to others. It brings loving-kindness, compassion and accepting others into existence. This is a true path for working on world peace. Creating a loving and fearless world benefits humanity, benefits you and me who are living in it. It is not the result of the project that matters. The form itself has less meaning. It is the selfless action that evokes true humanity, which creates world peace and happiness. When people have unselfish reasons, it effects lots of people. If only $10 was given from each person and there are millions of people contributing, you would have millions of people changing their thoughts and actions. That would make a tremendous difference. Spontaneous Adjustment Qigong is the first level of Yigong. It is one of the highest Taoist Maoshan esoteric practices. It is spontaneous, formless and supports the spiritual development of one's great potential. The 1-1/2 hour lecture on Friday will impart a deep understanding of subtle body dynamics drawing upon Chinese cosmology, medicine and philosophy. The two day seminar on Saturday and Sunday consists of guided experiential exercises combined with spontaneous movement techniques, tapping qigong, acupoint opening and relaxation. Benefits: Detoxify Improve blood circulation and release blockages Increase energy and Increase Immunity Develop balance, awareness and intuition Restore vitality and enhance health Promote longevity and general well-being Registration: For registration, please contact [email protected]. All the proceeds of the seminar will go to the World Peace Stupa project sponsored by Bodhivastu which is a non-profit organization. This contribution will be tax deductable. Send your payment to Bodhivastu directly at www.bodhivastu.org and forward your email receipt of payment from them when you register for the seminar. 5. Hello Everyone. Sifu Jenny just started a great, informative Facebook Discussion Group where she answers questions, shares teachings and stories. Her website has been completely redone and updated as well. See below for more info from Sifu. If you have done her weekend seminar, check the info on the upcoming 5 day retreat in Colorado at the end of May. The last retreat was amazing. Profound practice, information, discussions and experiences regarding Qi Gong, Yi Gong, Meditation, Herbal Tonics, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Enlightenment. One of my favorites was the experiential practice in the mountains. In a short time, everyone in the group just naturally evolved into a beautiful, heart centered family. We all lived and practiced together with Sifu 24/7. Her teachings and presence are of tremendous benefit. Best, Debbi Greetings Everyone, I created a group on Facebook called Eastern Internal Arts for those who have common interests in healing arts studies and spiritual cultivation. Here is the link: http://www.facebook....113020445384014 If you responded or requested me as a Facebook friend, please join my Eastern Internal Arts group instead. I request that you only post topics related to studies with me on the group page. Ask questions, start a discussion, etc.... I may not always have time to respond to each of your questions but, would like people in the group to share their knowledge with each other. This will allow us to grow together towards enlightenment. "A person is what his deep desire is. It is our deepest desire in this life that shapes the life to come. So let us direct our deepest desires to realize the Self." (the Upanishads) Practice is the key to reach our goal. It is easy to be a practitioner or a teacher. It is not difficult to be a good practitioner or a good teacher. But it is very difficult to be a good, decent, truthful, honest and humble person. Try to be that good person. My new website has been updated. There is lots of new information related with practice that may be of interest to you. You may also find some answers to your questions there. We will continue to update the website so keep checking back. http://www.easterninternalarts.com/ Thank you. Best Wishes, Jenny

Dear Sifu Hata, It has been drawn to my attention that a link to my website is posted on your website. With utmost respect, I would like to request that you please remove this link. I only attended a couple of your classes this summer which I enjoyed very much. I hope you can forgive but, I did not find myself to have the stamina to continue in this true Maoshan Martial Art. Although we discussed at length the possibility of doing a Kunlun class with SSTT, we mutually agreed it would serve the tradition best if they were kept whole and complete on there own merit. Since we never worked together in this manner and decided not to collaborate in the future, I think it would be best not to confuse the two practices by having a Kunlun website link on your site. Also, in light of the recent harsh words against Max Christensen who is my Kunlun teacher and whom I hold in the highest regard, I wish not to be associated with SSTT. I hope that you can come to some peace about Max and see him for the amazing being that he is. He has served many and I am sure would appreciate some rest from all this disturbance. I also hope that you can see his sincerity in respecting the traditions and in passing on the opportunity to share these practices with others. Since some of us are new to teaching, we sometimes become a little to eager, get ahead of ourselves, make mistakes, have misunderstandings, ego etc... This is in no disrespect to the practices nor should it reflect on Max, just sometimes a difficult learning process as you can understand. Wishing you the best, Debbi Kunlun Facilitator www.kunlunblissbody.com
