  1. Well personally I like that saying in the koran that goes something like "If you kill one man its as if you've saved all of humanity" And vice versa with death.

When you dont see the other side of the wall there is NO reason.. Ever to make an assumption.. Because the more you believe the original information the harder it is to turn over.. Thats why imo get both sides of the story and believe what you do..

I try not to get to involved in politics although what I know is fighting is almost never for the right reason.. Being that its almost always for Control/Cash/ignorance. Thats why I dislike the word terrorist aswell.. because you can so easily use the label even though the first thought goes very far.. Its really that one mans terrorist is another mans freedom fighter.. Pushing the envolope is need to actually grow, so be wary of what comes from peoples mouths.. Especially the majority.

  2. That is pretty much right.. Its not that you have to fight against "Radicalists" its that you fight against the idea of effecting others in a negative fashion with your arrogant ideas.

Like alotta've people in the face of religion dont like to present what they think because fear of scrutiny. Although it does leave everything out in the open if you do..

Just really bothers me when people go blowing themselves up or going to townhalls and dont have the best reason - Being the reason they came up with it themselves and for them (Not that blowing up is a + idea) also they keep thinking that when there gone planet wont still be here.. Its going to be here for ALONG time..

I guess what im saying is - If you dont like the team that much get outta've the stadium.

  3. I'd suggest to share eachothers knowledge.. Just between eachother.. Eventually it'd be passed on.. Although unlike alotta've times the knowledge would'nt pass away aswell like the masters.. I mean.. Not really everyone wants to do these things anyway.. Its just another thing that satisfies a void really.. Just like some guitarist ect anything.. When your told by your teacher "You've learnt what you outta.. now go get married and have a family" what do you say?.. Right you keep doing what satisfies you, you improve it aswell..

But.. There are missing pieces to the puzzle that are/could be extremely beneficial for human development in general.. For a handful it will be taught.. but if not further explored - lost.. Thats the worst possibility.

  4. Uhm I like it =/ well.. I can diggg it.

  5. The first drawing you had shown.. Hmm well I never heard it used as a mudra.. Just as both hand positions in stances really. Pretty much finger tips curled in resting on the thumbs of both hands.. depending on whether your doing it with one or both hands. Again I only really know it from a stance.

  6. haha yes it can bring Kundalini stuff out.

One needs Secret Smile, Rooting & Godai to handle things smoothly.

Where did you learn triangle breath? Its common in Tibetan Tummo and hindu tantra under another name.

    mopai uses something similar aswell.

I figured mo-pai had used something very similar. Thanks though very much. As for where I learned it from

    well.. Ancient chinese secret!

  7. Well im going to try out some classes and see if I'll like it.. In this school they do work with acupuncture points and im just curious.. Should I worry about hurting someone? getting hurt? lol Since I may or may not do more intensive cultivation? I just dont want my energy to slip and have something regretable happen. Feedback appreciated.

  8. Hm yeah Appearently flexibility is very good for all types of asanas - Makes them much much easier therefore making those muscles stronger where they need to be..

Honestly im not a muscle mass type of guy.. Dense.. also I train in qi gong after.. meditation before and after..

So lots of reps ect.. And im getting into running.. Also weight lifting in my opinion is great! As long as you add isometrics.. With the kinda've weight your lifting.. Thats where it REALLY gets interesting... Only problem I barely see anyone these days doing that.. Basically just like working with body weight it makes you mobile with the weight you can lift.

  9. Mm well if its beneficial for your body usually its beneficial for your psyche aswell.. That in mind anything in that context is good for your overall vitality.

Good for body/mind = good for All I mean.

(Btw I just answered the original question lol sorry guys)

  10. Hm. This opens up alot..Appearently I already do the "Triangle breathing" you mentioned thats practiced in Tenaga dalam. Also I found out a bit ago I have family roots in sufism.. Oh let me also say the Triangle breathing is just a different name where I learned it from - Some of the dangers of it are seizures/convulsions.. When or if that happens, just stay, keep your eyes closed, and breath..

Its supposedly very beneficial.. hope my info was useful
