I remember hearing Einstein, when he'd think of a mathematical problem in his head. He'd sit wherever and just empty his mind except for that problem, and the answer would just come to him. He was supernatural in the sense of how well he knew mathematics/laws. The same way a troop who has seen alot or battle knows whenever someone in the same room has a gun. They get so good at what they know it's passed the physical realm. Lot more common then some think.

Was replying to Markern I believe. Also self development is spontaneous and progress is made throughout your day, everyday. If anything being busy would help you more, because you'd face these situations time and time again. Self development isn't just chi kung/nae gong/meditation, it's developing yourself as a human being.

Way to generalize. Firemen have tons of time on their hands, you really think a handful of them aren't working on themselves? Oh well some of them have big muscles, that means they're dumb and watch jersey shore. Come on. Also have you never met a really ripped person who does chi kung? More common then you think.

Very interesting. I use to get pain/pressure there. Now it gets cold sometimes (feels good). Pretty sure the pressure thing was blood pressure though Also when I turn my head downward and turn my face left or right I feel a pop infront of the jade pillow. After meditating this point feels pretty good though, along with the rest of my head. Might explain why when I did the MCO I often felt great.

Haha yeah. How I see it is everyday is different and it's just a part of that day. Same with chopping/cleaning the vegetables I eat for breakfast.

They don't start chi kung/meditation till 18. Shaolin doesn't either. if this is about transmuting energy it's not just the act that's important, it's your shen, how you're thinking when you're doing it.

I believe it's good to discipline yourself, hold back ect. If you genuinely want help then ask. Plus other perspectives can help you remember things you once forgot, that can help you in situations. Going to put your perspective of evolution aside. One of my friends lost his virginity at 30. That's when he left his monastery. He also went to school around the time though. He's about the happiest guy I know, aswell as successful. He's often on the move and has no problem getting women, I think it's because of how comfortable he is with himself, and how much he knows himself. So even without female interaction like that till 30 he turned out great. If you believe all these ideas and they make you feel better, fine. But it's nothing to feel bad about in the first place. In alot of countries being in their 20's and still being a virgin isn't weird at all. You're not alone man. The only thing that brings you farther is your mindset. Say you're plagued at a cellular level and you are. I'd say fat chance though. It's up to you. Stop blaming everything else and get to know yourself. Sit alone with your own thoughts for 5 minutes. Alot of people run from their thoughts and drop into vicious cycles like this.

Don't let yourself become another statistic for such a temporary problem. Go out there for awhile and train wreck, have the most awkward moments you could. Then when you'll be comfortable and it'll be way easier to talk/meet people. You'll probably laugh at how terrible you do in the beginning. How I see it is like a comedians first bomb. Basically after your bomb you feel like you don't have to worry about it, since it's no big deal. Go out and bomb, have fun. After you have then come back and make a thread related to this. So does the world being generally superficial and overly impressionable justify you not being able to get a women? Not that it's all about getting a girl. For generalizations.. Yes. But it all depends on the person. To have a confidence in your spiritual perspective, to me means more strength. Why? To have comfort in the darkness, is to prove you have no fear.

Personally in alot of things I think it's wrong to ask for god to choose your side. Being there's another, why make your mom/dad choose between the other kid kind've thing. In some things it still is fine but to me not too often. Just doesn't sit well.
