    I'd think the same. Im not fully immersed in some of the fundamental knowledge yet, although the things I mesh with my outlook are more ideas, more growing instead of set in stone. Way it should be I'd imagine. Edit : Btw nice to see you stig
  2. Hm interesting about starting sleep at 7 pm. I'll try it. I slept at 9:40 tonight, woke at 3am literally 2 minutes before my brother came to the door haha I use to sleep around 15- 20 hours a couple years ago (19 now). Now I sleep about 6 hours like you, and you're completely right about being hydrated. Have to drink alotta water, even before you sleep.

  5. Cordyceps : Zombie Fungi

    First thing that I think of is the cordyceps used in TCM. They're on the rise along with use of other herbs.. May or may not bare much significance, being it's another species. But this video makes a Zombie Apocalypse alot closer then expected, or a threat to life. Here's the video. I find is pretty erie, although intriguing. Wondering at the end, but not sitting in wonder. Check it out.

    hm yeah I "thought" of ordering some but I don't really have a purpose to get the that I know of. Maybe other then regulate the endocrine system. Video makes me feel for that region in Nepal also.

    Well. Im pretty heavy into gaming, playing loud music, and having 10 tabs in both windows open, and msn/yahoo/aim/facebook chat. Focus/thoughts all take chi.. If you meditate, or do chi kung wait 15 minutes before listening to music or go on the computer. Need to let your mind adapt to your surrounding again, aswell as your chi. If you're feeling lethargic from being on the computer it is probably a different problem.

    Don't know if its been said in the thread.. But being well endowed doesn't mean you'll have a good opener, or the confidence either. Also Non, if you're looking for love this is completely the wrong path. You're going to reach a point where your ego is satisfied in this field, and believe me if you "are" looking for love. It'll only attract the wrong girls. So good luck man.
  11. What are good meditation lengths?

    Found it to be true. I use to meditate one hour a day. now roughly meditate 10 to 30 minutes twice a day. Good thing about limiting is every once in awhile you let yourself off the chain. The other day I did 2 sessions of 1 hour each, so that's the most I've meditated in one day. I've felt much more benefit from meditating 2 small sessions then 1 long one.

  16. Jekels? you mean kegels? Or jelqs? Also I think this is the culprit.. Just like when most men do kegels the prostate becomes to active, and sensitive. Resulting in premature ejaculation. I Could go on and on honestly but the main thing you have to do is stop Yoga Vajroli. I have had a similar happening. Although semen wouldn't escape. I'd just be surprised eating out with friends or something when I'd suddenly get a strong contraction in my prostate/hui yin. I wasn't only working the hui yin so that may be why I hadn't lost semen, also I was working a bit too fast. Take a break from that practice and this will stop. But you have to completely stop.

    Hm also to the comments related to this Reply. Time is only straight line if you see it that way.. Essentially when you're look at scene selection on a dvd. While Going through the movie all these scenes are essentially still active and ready to be changed, or even experienced.. Strangely enough. It's another reason we have things like de ja vu and premonitions. This time/experience drops into your lap.

    Hm yea. I've had other benefits but just one interesting thing I've gotten. I meditate in my closet (closet jokes awaited) turn off the computer and it's pitch black. When I Lengthen my breathe for a long enough time, I sort of feel like im not breathing, at one time when I was a bit more conscious right after doing this. I began to sort of panic. Like I was going to faint. Mentally in there after a bit of meditating I don't feel like I know where I start or end. And by the end of it, im pretty convinced. Anyway was going to faint, but was in pitch black and just finished meditating, so I just embraced the feeling and began to meditate again, doing the same breathes that brought me to that feeling. It became a bit more comfortable, and the negative qualities left.

    When sitting in a chair, spread your knees out a bit, also tailbone out not in. Also for the whole penis enlarging thing. If you haven't changed your mind already, unless it stops you from enjoying sex, it'll bring you to only a lustful path. Especially when you look for love it becomes bothersome, the wrong people start coming up to you. Work on yourself. I'd imagine the tailbone clenching in this thread would help change you a bit, but it depends on that. You.

    Nothing to worry about. Everything to learn about. Your "now" and someone elses "now" may conflict, say if you travel faster then light in space, then come back to find that someone else is older. Interests are what's important in this discussion, essentially limitless possibilities can be learned. The mind can naturally slow down it's perception of time when adrenaline is running. There is alot more to learn..
