With that said, I am really looking foward to checking out the local qigong class in town, the class seems very well organized and the teacher seems very nice and happy to teach. I think tai chi if done properly can be a very effective art, however personally I think in general tai chi has become almost the fast food of internal martial arts and I think most classes strip its true values away.
