  1. Better than full lotus

Thank you very much, thats what i wanted to know and i am also wondering if it does make any difference if the left leg or right leg is on top, but i personally dont think so. Oh and can you tell me from which book of Master Nan Huai Chin you have the statement about the "full body orgasm"?
  2. question about nonduality and sex

When i started to meditate and doing Qigong i tried to stop masturbating and it was very hard in the beginning. After 2 or 3 days i always failed because my desire for stimulation was too strong but once i really started to stop thinking about sex, looking at porn or other such things, the desire went away. So yeah sex or masturbation might feel great but to have myself under control feels even better so since 3 or 4 months i didn't think about sex so much. Before i had to search for porn in the net at least every second day so i'm glad to be kind of free from that now, but thats just how it works for me and i'm fine with it.
  3. Better than full lotus

I can manage 22 minutes of Full Lotus and i'm adding 1 or 2 minutes everyday but i wonder if it's even worth to work my way up to lets say 2 hrs. Because when you say you can sit hours non stop once you have opened the pineal gland then isnt it a waste of time or is it still helpful or even better to keep practising it? I personally like Full Lotus because in no other position i can sit as straight AND comfortable as in Full Lotus. Also Chunyi Lin says on his audio tape of Level Two that if you can sit in Full Lotus for 2 hours that you will fell like current is running through your legs and opens up the channels in the legs... has maybe someone here experienced something like that?
  4. Yes i think it makes a difference if you lose your semen. when i first started to do spring forest qigong a couple months ago i could feel the energy strong between my hands but as soon if i had an emission it seemed like my energy was gone for a couple of days. So a month ago or so i came across your blog drew (mothership landing at that time) and i was so fascinated by your storys that i had to buy "Taoist Yoga: Alchemy and Immortality" because you said so. I had to read it like 7 times or so and i'm still reading the first 1-10 chapters to really get what is written. It already is pretty hard to understand so yeah youre right after chapter 10 it is even getting worse. I'm doing the active exercise from spring forest qigong, small universe and Full Lotus (just a couple of minutes at the moment) everyday plus a vegetarian diet and currently i'm on day 25 of the 100 days of building the foundation. (last time i failed at day 27 because i ate too mush and too late that evening so it was my own fault) Drew my question would be if you would now start to practise seriously again could you start right where you have left? That would be chapter 11 or 12 of the book right? Oh and sorry if my english is not so good
