  1. Damo Mitchell Free MCO Course

Yes it is the same. It is just that some confuse the word immortal with someone whose physical body never dies.
  2. Medicine Buddha

Join the Medicine Buddha puja Oct 27 https://garchen.net/annual-events/#medicine-buddha From the website:
  3. Damo Mitchell Free MCO Course

If you want to look younger try Flying Phoenix qigong. It even has a free meditation on YouTube by GM Doo Wai. For grey hair reversal it probably requires hours of meditation per day but for reversing wrinkles and other minor things it doesn't need that long per day.
  4. Cultivation Systems and books we'd recommend

Garchen Rinpoche https://garchen.net Offers free empowerments and teachings on YouTube. https://youtube.com/c/GarchenBuddhistInstituteAZ
  5. I found another description of the rupakaya (your form body) https://kibi-edu.org/teachers/jampa-thaye/lama-jampa-thaye-an-introduction-to-mahamudra/ Recognition of the nature of the mind = xing. The path = transformation of the gross body = ming. Tantra is a path you could follow to transform the body.
  6. Ming then xing can be critized as being too slow and focused too much on energetics rather than consciousness. Xing then Ming can lead to arrogance and dry insight where the body is not transformed. The non dualistists are famous for this and easily sniffed out if you have good intuition and sensing skills. Emptiness feels bodily wise relaxed and hollow like and is safe to practice from books. If merging with the Dao = goal of nei Dan means end of subject / object = non duality as your reality all the time this is no easy task. I haven't reached that yet.
  7. I would say clinging to samadhi is probably a sutra thing. In dzogchen the key is relaxing at least according to ChNN. Real relaxing can occur when you do guruyoga with a realized master if you ask about a specific technique.
  8. I'm no expert but googling found this from dharmawheel So realizing emptiness and dependent origination should result in the same transformation. I guess the focus on emptiness transforms the body in one way, the focus on dependent origination is different and results in a different transformation. Depending on lineage it might involve different techniques (sutra / tantra / dzogchen).
  9. All paths are not the same. Anapanasati does not lead to creation of the golden elixir which Nei dan does. It might lead to embryonic breathing but I find flying phoenix qigong leads to that on its own without focusing on the breath. It is true that Anapanasati transforms the body due to the qi changes but I don't think the changes are identical to Nei dan. Anapanasati and zuowang are more similar.
  10. Do you only need the basic course in SKY for learning it? https://www.artofliving.org/in-en/online-meditation-breath-workshop or is more needed?
  11. Energy Blockage on Neck

Try focusing https://focusing.org/sixsteps It is a gentle way of working with blocks.
  12. Your opinion about reiki?

I have communicated with the founder of Reiki Mikao Usui through the crystal and through that and the results I see when I use it I have no doubts about how it works.
  13. Your opinion about reiki?

Then it's not Reiki but something else. You can try this form which doesn't suffer from the limitations you describe https://www.amazon.com/Psychic-Reiki-Divine-Life-Force-Healing-ebook/dp/B07D19PP8D/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=34NZFCZWHZBMA&keywords=brett+bevell&qid=1631336569&sprefix=Brett+bevel&sr=8-3 Since Reiki is initiated by an thought directed to a reiki crystal in your heart.
  14. Daoist enlightenment

Non-doing is recommended by Liu I-Ming for people with superior virtue. In real life that is maybe 1 out of a billion. The rest of us need to work with traumas and the energy body. For awakening there are always higher levels and theravada Buddhism has been surpassed by Tantra and Dzogchen. I don't believe Daoist masters are above Dzogchen masters in awakening level, it is the opposite. Liu I-Ming talked about superior people acting from emptiness but emptiness you can realize through sutra (Pali canon). Tantra goes deeper and Dzogchen even deeper.
  15. Questions on Yangshen

I would say the answer to the location of the One Opening of the Mysterious Barrier is to shout PHAT or ask who is in your experience and look. There it is! 😊
  16. Neidan plan

Maybe read this book if you are into nei dan https://www.amazon.com/Internal-Alchemy-Everyone-Chungtao-Ho-ebook/dp/B07JC96GVR/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=internal+alchemy+for+everyone&qid=1628579077&sprefix=Internal+al&sr=8-1
  17. Come back to your true nature

John Wheeler on our true nature A song about Being, that which is always present Enjoy!
  18. Come back to your true nature

Hi Anand, You are Being, always, even though it appears not to. The mind may come up with another story but that is an error it makes.
  19. Pandemic Panic - Transcending the Fear

Well believers here on this forum believe that you would have to do years and years of training, you see the condescending tone from Taemeow and others who actively despises those who post anything that is not 100% in line with their Buddhist and Taoist beliefs. So it can come as a surprise that you actually can remove such a virus pretty easily, that it is not a big deal, that you just need to the correct information. I can point people to training in a PM, because I don't want to appear as someone who advertises here. If you are sincere you can just sit and ask your Being for information on how to do it and you could probably learn how to do it on your own. If this method can remove all symptoms of a corona virus I am not sure since I have only removed it from people in the beginning of the disease, 1-3 days in. After this there might be 1 day fever, not more, the body knows how to get back to a natural functioning.
  20. Pandemic Panic - Transcending the Fear

It is unfortunate that very few know energy healing since it only takes 10 mins per person to clear the coronavirus.
  21. Inequality

From "Xing Yi Nei Gong", Wang Ji Wu says: The world is already harmonious but a heart which isn't quiet sees it differently. The question 'should I help people or not' does not come from a belief 'thy should always help others' but from an internal listening to your own system. The listening improves with practice and quieting of the heart-mind.
  22. Question about Spiritual Cultivation, Internal Alchemy

I wonder whether your motivation is based on suffering since end of suffering means end of being uncomfortable thus no striving to get anywhere. End of suffering is a silent mind in my definition. For a combination of things which are safe and shouldn't lead to instability (qi deviation) I would recommend Zhan Zhuang to start with along with a Taiji form for circulation purposes. For end of suffering see Roger Castillo satsangs on YouTube. This combination works both on the energy body and the psyche.
  23. Emotions are the path

You write as if it is a conscious choice of hiding stuff in our psyche. I don't think it is a conscious choice at all. It requires free will to make a choice. A child that grows up with loving parents usually end up happier than a child that grows up under a tough-love environment. Although genetics play a part of course. Once the tough-love child becomes an adult why blame the adult for behavior that is caused by past conditions? Blame is a emotion that causes suffering. It can be eliminated by contemplating free will. The psyche is built on layers upon layers. Pulling the rug completely out is not possible and would be unhealthy. Imagine if your psyche would change completely everytime you walked into a new room. Until humans evolve an automatic defragging of old emotions we need to clear everything out ourselves manually. The bottom line is why do the people do what they are doing? Everything is caused by the past. No doer, no blame, no pride, no guilt, no shame, no suffering.
  24. Sudden enlightenment doesn't work because the human psyche is too complex to revert to the natural state. It might work for one person but average folks need more work. Releasing just one emotion can take a toll on the psyche, so releasing 1000 emotions plus being integrated afterwards is not possible in real life. If you instead focus on feeling good in the present then quickly you stop worrying about enlightenment because you are feeling good, why worry about something in the future? It also stops the psyche from blaming others etc because you quickly see that the psyche generates suffering so the solution is very close to home.
