Well, anyhow, yes, science is telling us that the universe is expanding faster than the sped of light. Dark Energy in action. And if this continues the universe will experience a cold, dark death. But Dark Matter is laying in wait for its time to start bringing the universe back together again into a Big Crunch.

Funny. I've experienced that many times during my lifetime. Sometimes I turned around and walked away, other time I kept going back.

Yes, Quantum Theory seems to work well at the atomic and sub-atomic level but the theories break down when applied non=quantum 'real' universe. This is why there is a search for a 'unifying theory'. Watching TV last night, the folks were talking about Black Holes and it was admitted that when approaching a Black Hole and going beyond the event horizon the current understandings of the physics of the universe break down. The physics of a Black Hole are still undefined.
