Exactly. According to Dong when Kenichi returned to Japan he took one of master Wang's students with him. Wang, reportedly told him not to give the higher level teachings.Keep in mind Paul Dong teaches empty force.

Hi! Many masters teach the universal post position as a way of gathering chi-B.K. Franztis, Kenichi Sawachi,Goto, Dr.Ming, ecetera.Yet, I've encountered other masters that have told me universal post is good for something else...not necessarily[not really] gathering chi. Any guesses?

Quite right the master told me that the practice helps with refining chi and circulating it as opposed to gathering chi! Don't forget there are mudras taught by Cohen and in the tridaya course for gathering chi when practicing. Of course, Chunny Lynn teaches the index finger/thumb mudra seals the energy circuits. Well, time to go run three miles in the cold[snow outside] of Chicago.

I don't know if this is relevant or not to this discussion but too much meditation,brainwave entrainment has been linked to brain fog.Emptyness meditation were you slow down your brainwaves can create a linkage state that makes it difficult to translate back into the practical world. On other forums meditators/entrainers are directed to employ beta frequencies as well.Fascinating to discover most humans want either to change state or how they are behaving.

I have the wuji dvd qi-gung,bought it before spring forest and all the rest.With the exception of flying phe. by Terry Dunn,which I never used. Multiple posters have complimented his system so I've dragged it out again...so we'll see.The wuji dvd is jam packed with a lot of data sets for qi gung and too think I got it from Borders.Therer's a method for absorbing yin chi from the ground on the dvd.

Guys I need quality advice, my computer almost received a virus,one of those quick scan your computer now! I didn't but something got onboard, now I can't load windows and set up.It kept saying memory cannot be read-windows logon error32.I got through once and [programs loaded] tried too install standard operating pack for windows-x.p. but couldn't.I loaded malware bytes/avast/spyware-doctor and hoped all would be well,not so! Now I can't get back on[it won't load programs] I'm using a netbook to write this.I still have the recovery disc but I have priceless data on my hard drive and I Don't want to lose it. Stuff on systema,pimsuelers learn chinese system, qi-gung programs, ecetera.So aside from taking it to a store,any solutions? Anyway of booting it...I know some bums fix computers. So I'm drawing on the strength of the collective-any advice?

Just wanted to say thanks to all the bums, I got the problem resolved by following my intuition.Pulled a Mr.Spock-human[not logic based] like move and utilized system[willing to embrace the loss] restore without the disc and everything backed up without loss.Thought I lacked the space since I'd hit system restore a year ago and that consumed a lot of space.Now my computer is running like a new born baby...or reincarnated baby! Speaking of which, it's reinvigorated me to practice even more intensely all the stuff on my hard drive...because when it's gone[like life] it's gone.Which also reminds me of David Tennant's final bow as Doctor Who in the end of time christmas special-time for a belated christmas present!
